My pest issues are not resolved

Technician was very knowledgeable and made sure that every square inch of our home was serviced.

I signed up with Fox Pest Control in June, and unfortunately, my experience since then has been extremely frustrating. After my first service, I developed a significant ant problem. I called Fox, and they came out on July 30. The technician told me they did not have the correct chemical needed to treat this particular type of ant and would have to come back with a special treatment, which I was also told would be an additional charge. The earliest they could return was August 10, so meanwhile, the infestation continued to get significantly worse. When they finally returned on August 10, they STILL did not have the correct treatment with them, despite knowing for nearly two weeks exactly what they were coming to treat. I was told they would return later in the week. I called first thing this morning to find out when someone would be coming and was told they would be here today, with a 30-minute heads-up before arrival. It is now almost 4:00 PM, and I have received no call, no update, and no indication that anyone is coming. At this point, I have been trying to get this ant infestation properly treated since July 30. It has become substantially worse while I have waited for Fox to send someone who is actually prepared with the correct treatment. I understand that some pests require specialized products, but I do not understand scheduling multiple visits without bringing the product that your own technicians have said is necessary. I signed up and am paying for pest control because I expected help controlling pest problems—not weeks of delays while the problem continues to worsen. I am incredibly disappointed with the communication, lack of preparedness, and service I have received so far.

Gabriel, my technician was absolutely awesome! I was extremely upset because my Grand-baby had gotten stung by a wasp. They had infested my home. He came and reassured me and did a very thorough job. I am very pleased with the services I’ve received and it has exceeded my expectations!

Kyrel Shanks came to my home on 8-4-26 did an excellent job spraying my property. He was very knowledgeable of his job, and was customer friendly.

They come around on a regular basis (more than our previous company). They are thorough and quick.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was my third appointment where the Fox person was a no show no call. Terrible service!

Great service, great people the only problem I had I one of the salesmen told me they take care of canceling the previous services and paying the contract cancellation. I found out that was not true.

Seth always takes good care of my house, promptly addressing any concerns I have. I really appreciate having him as my technician.

DO NOT trust these people they lie to you BEFORE they even start they tell you 1 thing doesn't happen. You schedule an appointment ohhh I can only come 1 1/2 hours early NOT at appointment time. Rescheduled appointment wait hours for them oh we called LIE well you have to come yet another day tell them busy well THIS is the date and time. NO there are too many companies that actually set an appointment and stick to it. BYE FELICIA

Our technician was quick, while still being very thorough. Targeted every area we were having issues with, as well as provided recommendations.

Gabe has been our technician for a while & always does a great job. Very nice and takes care of all our needs.
