Glad to have them in BR. Helped me get ahead of a flea infestation fast. Yes faster than Amazon! Is it more expensive? Yes. Is it worth it? YES! To have this convenience in our backyard is worth it. To keep ahead of the bugs while you’re getting ate up waiting on UPS with your ‘cheaper’ product. Great service and Knowledgeable staff.

At an apartment that our relative rents in Baton Rouge, we found massive angry bumble beans. We notified management and they could not solve the problem. She could not get healthcare as scheduled because the medical staff was being stung in the eye on the arms, etc. I called Pestop and spoke with the Regional Manager Gilbert Bell, Jr., and he assured me that he had the product that would kill them dead. Gilbert told us to only spray and kill them at night. We followed his instructions and last night my life long friend, John Sherman (everyone needs a friend like him), and I snuck up on them under the cover of darkness, sprayed the product and killed them dead! As soon as they moved we hit them with the spray and the bees hit the ground. Gilbert Bell, Jr., spent time teaching us about the product including how to use it. I have purchased pest control products for other properties and never had such success. Gilbert is more than a sales person, as a Pestop Louisiana Regional Manager, he truly goes above and beyond to assist customers. I will always choose PESTOP

Have all the products you need, not cheap but seem to be the professional products if you want to do it yourself. I had a flea problem spent $200 on products and was making headway on getting them out but not knowing the proper procedure to kill the life cycle I was still having problems. Eventually I called a professional and was told it was very imperative to vacuum twice a day to collect the eggs, which was not explained to me at pestop. So I spent again with the pro and had a the hire someone to go vacuum twice daily. Will save time and be Cheaper to just hire a local independent exterminator. This was a rental and needed them gone asap.

I’m no rocket scientist, but after spending 20 minutes online trying to find products to purchase on their website, I finally gave up. I even had my wife give it a try. Thought I was going crazy. Why would they have a website and not offer me the ability to purchase their products.

Just as another buyer has stated; products are well over priced, I just spent $75 dollars on a product I see online for $25. I understand having an upcharge to make a profit; but $50 is ridiculous. And I think they have a no refund policy at that.

I went there a while back and the guy in the store was very rude, I bought the products anyways that he suggested and a week later a friend told me there is a store in Central that sells the same products for way cheaper, I went by that store and realized I had payed 35 dollars more for the exact same product! I feel ripped off!!!!!!

I live in a townhome and the neighbors and I have been having problems with rats in the attics. We've been told to throw bait up there and set traps. So I called this place to get some info on what to do/buy. The guy who answered who was the salesman and I'm fairly certain the owner, was so rude!! I was asking him questions about getting rat bait, and if they'd die in the attic, and do they usually come back like I heard, etc, and every one of his responses was arrogant, snarky, and sarcastic. Things like, "I don't know, next time I see a rat, I'll ask him." He wasn't trying to be funny, he was being condescending. And I didn't appreciate it. This is a serious matter to my neighbors and me, and we're not the type ppl to know much about wildlife or killing rodents, so I would've hoped this guy, being in the business, would be helpful, understanding, and reassuring. Not belittling and smart-assy! Especially if HE'S the owner!! When I considered writing a review, I ended up reading OTHER reviews first and dang if many others didn't say the same thing - how rude the owner was to THEM!! I try to give ppl the benefit of the doubt and think maybe they were rude cuz they were just having a bad day, or I misinterpreted, etc, but now I realize, he wasn't just rude to ME, he's a rude PERSON!! And with customer service like that, I'd rather spend my money elsewhere! Which is exactly what I did! He needs to be more respectful towards customers - or lose business!

"Pushy Pat covers his back". Back in the day I always bought my pest control products from here bc you couldn't buy some of the products online like you can today. Shame on them for taking advantage of people who are physically and mentally exhausted from fighting bedbugs and charging MORE THAN DOUBLE for their products AND LYING about how far the products will go " Oh, this will do 2 homes and only take 1 day" in reality it did less than half ( ordered more online for $39 vs$89) and maybe 1 day for an EMPTY HOUSE. The small sprayer we bought broke the FIRST DAY! _ sorry NO RETURNS. I do like supporting local business but not like this. Pestop, you had a chance to really help out people ( bedbugs are worse than divorce! said my sister). Everyone I talk to who's had those blood sucking spawns of Satan, their faces fall and say it's the worse thing that's ever happened. Pestop, you are Pestbottom, just like the bedbugs, you no longer have my business and I will spread the word about my experience.

Pushy sales representative here, do your own research and don't spend double what a product is worth. They don't take returns for any reason. All products here can be purchased elsewhere for less than half of what Pestop charges. Do yourself a favor and check the outrageous prices. I needed a good product for ants, the owner told me I needed his product "SUSPEND" for $85.00, I told him I could get D-Fense for $40.00 on Amazon, he told me D-Fense was junk and a gimmick offbrand that doesn't work. Did my research, D-Fense has the exact ingredients that he sells.

The salesman definitely pitched for a sale of the highest price, which I could not afford, so I asked for a smaller bottle; he immediately turned sarcastic. Then I asked for another kind of product and asked about animal safety and he quickly gave his spill on the safety and began another sales pitch. After he spoke, I was really wanting to be reassured of pet safety he said well now, you have about worn me out with this safety speech and if its safe for a baby to lie on a bed with it and a dog to lick it, I believe it should be good for cats. Really? Here is a person who is about to spend $250 in your store and you are gonna speak to them in this manner? No doubt I WILL NEVER RETURN and NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to shop there. I wonder how he keeps any customers at all.

I gave it one star only because I had to in order to post my comment. I called them to get information about spraying for termites that includes something to treat mold. This was in August after my house was flooded and I wanted to treat the 2 X 4 s before putting up the sheet rock. In my conversation I asked how many square feet did a gallon cover and he told me that he could tell me but I would not understand! When I told him to give me a try, he said the same thing again. At that point, I told him he did not have to be rude and I needed to know how much to purchase. He said he was too busy to help me :-( Needless to say, I will NEVER use them and recommend that they need someone to review the staff! Very poor customer.
