I had termite issues and called Bartlett Exterminating. They we are very responsive, came out immediately and resolved all of my termite issues. I’d recommend them to anyone.
No one answer to the calls even leave after to many massages. We got problems with their services. No body answer. Not recommended.

As you can see from the other reviews, we receive bad reviews due to our answering service, which I have switched and tried numerous times to get this problem resolved, but obviously, to no avail. Our residence had a contract with Bartlett when we moved in about eight years ago. We kept it simply for convenience. Here's been our experiences: 1) There is no office, receptionist, or customer service rep you can speak to. 2) The number listed leads to an answering service. It takes at least two days for them to call you back. TWO DAYS. EVERY TIME. 3) It seems like it's just family members working together and there is no order or organization. 4) I called several years ago because I literally saw termites crawling up the wall. The guy said it was just flying termites and haggled me to no end. I finally had to threaten to cancel our contract just to get him to actually show up. 5) Had an appointment scheduled for treatment recently at a specific time. I took off of work to make this appointment. No-one shows up. No-one calls. I call after 30 minutes - you guessed it - answering service. An hour and thirty minutes later I get a call from the owner saying no-one told him there was an appointment today. Um, not my problem, sir. Are you going to compensate me for taking off? This was the final straw with these guys. It's just a barrel of goofballs and none of them know how to run the support side of a business. Who knows if what we have been paying them to do was done properly. Stay far away from these people. Much better and more reliable options out there.

won't return calls....called for 2 days....out of town answer service takes 10 minutes to pick up....still have not talked them...go elsewhere!!!
