Staff is very responsive to their customer's needs. They take their time and are very thorough. They are always willing to answer any questions and aren't scamming their customers to purchase things they don't need. My mother suggested this company because she was familiar with their history as a business and yet again mama knows best. I recommend before you call terminix give Denney a call.
I had a problem which I thought was powder post Beatles. Which would mean I would have to have the house fumigated. They came out and determined it was something else and wouldn't need to be fumigated. He explained what needed to be done and that I could do it myself. They didn't charge me anything and probably spent an hour between the inspection and explaining it to me.
The service request was for a termite inspection as well as a full house inspection by Jesse Boudin. Jesse's report was very thorough and it helped me and my fiance to know that the home is safe and reliable.
I had termite issues and called Bartlett Exterminating. They we are very responsive, came out immediately and resolved all of my termite issues. I’d recommend them to anyone.
Completely eliminated serious BED BUG INFESTATION. Showed up before the 3 day weekend and answered my calls after 5pm. Highly recommend Paramount.
