We inherited a termite contract with Edgewood Exterminating when we bought our house, and our experience with them has been nothing but great and professional. We haven't had any problems with termites, and scheduling our annual visit and appointments has always been easy. Recently, we faced some water damage from a roof issue that led to termite damage at the top of our house. Edgewood Exterminating responded quickly, assessed our needs, and took care of the problem efficiently. Danny Bowen, in particular, went above and beyond to relieve my anxieties. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We would absolutely recommend Edgewood Exterminating for your termite needs.

Great company to do business with....also, they provide pest control and termite treatment in St. Bernard, St. Tammany, Orleans, Jefferson & Plaquemines. The men that come out are extremely helpful and very nice. The owner Jay Carlini is an exceptionally nice guy and his wife is there to answer any questions you may have about scheduling an appointment when you call. Danny Bowen, one of the workers, goes above and beyond when he comes out to treat your home. I highly recommend this group to help you with any pest and termite needs.

They do not answer the phone I have been calling for days. The exterminators themselves were nice and they exterminated my home so far. It worked but they do not answer the phone.

They never send renewal notices and they are very unprofessional.

I went on their website. It gives you there business hours. Yet when you call the phone rings off the hook. No one answers the phone.
