They do not answer the phone I have been calling for days. The exterminators themselves were nice and they exterminated my home so far. It worked but they do not answer the phone.

I've been using Durr for the past 5 years. I made the mistake of shopping around for other pest control services a couple years ago and I was severely disappointed. First, Durr doesn't try to upsell you. You tell them what you want and they do it. That's it. Second, they're always quick to respond to my emails. I highly recommend Durr Environmental for all of your pest control problems. Having a yearly pest control service is needed especially in New Orleans. Rodents, roaches and fleas have been an issue I’ve encountered and all taken care of promptly and professionally. Durr’s technicians are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Definitely a good company to take care of any pest problems you may have.
