I have been using PestAid for years. Very good customer service. Easy to get on the phone and make payments. Evan calls every month the night before our home is serviced. Would recommend.

I had been a customer for many years with Patrick as my technician. Patrick was a wonderful and loyal tech that coordinated with me on a monthly basis with times and dates to service my home. Unfortunately Patrick had to quit his job due to his employer not backing him up on an issue and trying to force him to service a disgruntled customer’s home. After Patrick was let go, I was not contacted about a new technician and my home was not serviced for a month then I received a notice that the outside was sprayed and I was charged the full amount. I paid the fees and canceled my services. I was very displeased at how Patrick was treated.

We used Pest Aid for 10+ years. And as long as Patrick was employed there we were VERY satisfied with the service we received. However, something happened recently where the company Patrick had given many many years to did not have his back and Patrick was forced to quit. Since then, no one even bothered to reach out to us. No one informed us that they did not have a replacement. In fact, I have attempted to call several times to get more information with no answer or response. I canceled my service today 6/5/25 after being a loyal customer for over 10 years.

Wow! I’m impressed. From a real person answering the phone (as opposed to an interminable automated menu) to even better: an actual professional person with great phone etiquette (listened to my needs, rather than being pushy or dismissive) and sent professionals to deal with my carpenter bee issue and termite inspection. Their charges are reasonable, they were knowledgeable and didn’t waste my time or theirs but were thorough and detailed. I will be a repeat customer (hopefully not until my annual inspection is due!). Pluses: Single location, brick, and mortar within a mile of home, veteran and local owned. Their trucks, building and uniforms are tidy and prideful like their work. I received no discount or incentive to write this: Doing so of my own volition. It’s a wonderful thing when expectations are exceeded! Thank you Mrs. Laurie, Mr. Sal and Mr. Ray. Highly recommend.

My technician, Anthony, is great! He called me this morning giving me an estimated time frame that he would be arriving. He then sent me a text when he arrived and when he left. He even brought my packages inside the house that were left on the front porch! I am on the 3 month plan, and 2 months in a heavy rain came through. Shortly after I noticed an increase in insects around the home. Pest Aid did a call back at no additional cost and then came to spray again a month later for my regularly scheduled visit. I used them for mosquitoes in backyard by a field, and it took care of my problems, could sat outside on patio , without being bitten.

They not only do our termite inspections year-round without fail, but they have taken care of us in the most extraordinary of circumstances including some really nasty yellow jackets.
