Because my camp was being serviced while I was in another city, he kept me informed every step of the way through both text messages and phone calls. He was punctual, professional, and exceptionally courteous throughout the process. Gary took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and ensured that every one of them was addressed. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. I highly recommend J&J and want to sincerely thank Erica and Gary for their outstanding customer service. Chris Yates has continually done a fantastic job these past several months! From the beginning he's been very forthcoming, communicating well and letting us know the procedures, causes and solutions and just done an "overall great work" helping us through this home phase!
