Tyler was amazing. Punctual and professional. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job 👍. Within hours of him being at the house the roaches were already dying and decreasing in numbers. We will have to retreat in a few weeks due to the condition the renters left the house. I'm looking forward to keeping this company as my pest control comrades. Thank you so much. The owner Matt answered all my preliminary questions before the appointment. They got the house treated in the most timely manner and above and beyond my expectation. Many blessings sent out to this company from me.

I love that they don’t try to lock you into a contract! Plus, our service tech was on time, fast and efficient. Saw an overnight end to our pest problem. Love these folks!

We contacted Bug Shockers to spray our new home for bugs and spiders and check for mice as a preventative measure. We are so glad we did! Living in the country, in a new development can have all kinds of unwanted pests. Bug Shockers did an excellant job. They responded quickly to our request, did a professional job and Stephanie made sure every part of the house, inside and out, was treated. This company is AMAZING. I needed them to remove a wasp nest from a fallen gutter on my house. Not only did they remove the wasps and their nest, the cleaned out my cutter and reattached it! I am beyond please with their work and will be a continued customer!

I have used Bug Shockers twice and both times have been pleased with the ease of scheduling, price, and friendliness of the technician that took care of us. The only thing that I would recommend for Bug Shockers is to have their technicians put on shoe covers when they enter a house, as they tracked in some dirt on the carpet. Overall great experience and those pesky spiders are few and far between now!

Matt and his company are a breath of fresh air in regards to service, quality, and education. We’ve always had bug service and recently our company bought out by a big franchise and it left us looking elsewhere. I called and spoke to Matt, the owner of Bug Shockers and he was super informative, upfront, and didn’t push sales on me. He immediately got an ant issue taken care of and communication for appts and follow up was clear. We are staying customers!

As I have experienced with other companies that spray your yard with either insecticide or other stuff it’s a 5 minute rush around the yard. How thorough is that? 2 days later I still getting chigger bites just standing on my patio. 06/24 Update. This company came back and made it right. Even offered my money back but I refused the refund. I wanted the chiggers gone. They came and resprayed the patio area and so far am free of any chigger bites. I would use them again in future.
