Routine inspections and treatment to keep pest away. No mouse issues and insect activity inside the house is almost non existent since switching to Greenix.

They target new neighborhoods and boast big promises but they’re probably spraying water on my property because we still have issues. And you get a monthly bill of $100+ and they come maybe once every two months. Why am I paying $1300 a year for you to do nothing? The biggest joke is when you try to cancel… I had to ask them if they’d rather talk to my attorney or me cancel the service over the phone. Avoid this at all costs and do it yourself.

Do not use this company. They no showed us three times all while charging every month for service. Nearly impossible to cancel without jumping through a million hoops. Best to stay away.

Greenix made big promises during the sales pitch — fast response, safe treatments, guaranteed results. What I got instead was a total disaster from start to finish. • After the first service still had pests crawling around days later, and it took multiple calls and over a week to get anyone to respond. • Their customer service is a joke — long wait times, zero accountability, and no clear answers when I asked about the extra “free” treatments. • The results were nonexistent. Greenix is all talk and no results. The only thing they’re efficient at is locking you into contracts and draining your wallet. I have to pay the sales guy to leave my home at 8:30 PM. Avoid them at all costs.

I asked for services to prevent termites. They sent over someone not licensed for termites, and sprayed for other general pests like spiders, etc. Never received treatment for termites. I ultimately ended up with termites in my home and Greenix informed me they don’t remove termites once in the home. I tried to terminate services with them and they still charged an early cancellation fee of nearly $600. Wouldn’t recommend, there are plenty of other competent pest control services out there.

If I could leave a lower rating I would. Only experience I have had was the area manger calling me a liar and trying to push my wife into saying yes to a contract when she told him me and her talk about everything before we agree to something. He kept saying he was just going to come back to our house later to talk about it and I kept saying over 5 times that no he didn’t need to come back and we would call the company if we needed their help. Base on how the area manager treated me and my wife we will NEVER have them as a service. And no I don’t want customer service to get ahold of me to make it better I would rather not have anyone come to my house ever again. If I could trespass this guy I so would. Please be careful these guys care about themselves and not what they are selling

I had the service for about 6 months before I decided to cancel it. Their service did nothing to limit bugs or other rodent. The people doing the service did cut corners and blamed etch others. I can not in good conscience recommend this company. You pay monthly and get service every 3 months that are just worth a fraction of the amount paid.

Absolute trash. Do not sign a contract with them. 1) The services are certainly not worth the money. The techs would show up every 2 or 3 month and spend 10 minutes at the house. Not worth the $50+ monthly fee and the initiation fee. Go buy your own bug spray for a fraction of the cost. 2) We signed an initial 18 month agreement. Was told by the salesman that would be it. Thought it was going to auto cancel after that. It didn't. Dirty small print clause allowed them to continue to charge us for 6 more months and wont give refunds. Stay away. Again, just buy your own bug spray, save yourself a ton of money.

This is a scam!! We had someone come to our door to solicit pest control service to be done in our home. There were many service claims made, but one was that should we see any of the pests after treatment, they would come back and retreat free of charge. We did still see bugs so we called for the retreat. However, after a time, we received a call saying they couldn't come to retreat due to' "no technician is available". After so many more delays, they then wanted to schedule a treatment another month out, which would have been for the regularly scheduled treatment, well beyond a time to control bugs. Their prices are about three times higher than the ones we were using, and give much poorer service. So, after not receiving any timely service for the retreatment, I told them that I would not pay any further, and due to their breach of agreement, that we would stop all communications. These people are not registered in the city to solicit business, they way over commit to what they will do, and they are very boorish in their customer service department. My advise is, JUST DO'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!"

Reading through the reviews it seems the people are nice, they do a good job, but they try to over charge you. I decided to give them a shot anyways, I can confirm the reviews are correct. The technicians are wonderful, I've had 2 come out and they went above and beyond, answering all my questions and just being great to work with. I've been over charged twice. I signed up for a 4 week plan where they come out 1x a week for 4 weeks. I paid in full, yet on the 2nd visit I got charged $52. I called and they said this was a fee that would be charged each time. I looked at my paperwork and it is clear the paid in full price was it and nothing else would be charged. They immediately refunded the$52 and have me "deal" they the remaining 2 visits wouldn't be charged either(in other words they're just following the contract as written). You know they're charging everyone this and just refunding the people who call, meanwhile they keep the money off all the people who don't call or notice. This is a great business, it should survive on not screwing customers. If you use this group, pay attention to your invoices.

I am updating my review from when we first started using Rise. They have since been bought by Greenix. At first, no change in service was noticed. The last six months, however, have been a different story. We were supposed to be under a quarterly plan. They came in March, and then didn’t come again until late August. When they came in August, they said they can now only treat the exterior and that if we wanted to continue with interior service, it would be extra. We called in to get answers, said they would call us back and never heard back. Called in again last week to give them another chance, and they said yes, interior should still be covered. Made an appointment for today. Was never given a timeframe, so called yesterday to make sure they could be there today between 8 and 10. Said no problem. Hadn’t heard from them this morning so called in at 8:20 to check status and make sure someone would be there and done by 10. Was assured that would be the case. 10 am came, no phone call and no show. We are cancelling our service and going with a more reliable vendor. ————————————— Megan and Brandon L. from Rise Pest just did a first treatment on our house. Both were very polite and friendly. We had been using another company and had been disappointed with the number of insects we have continued to see so were thankful they stopped by the neighborhood to see if we were having any issues. They did a great job explaining what the treatments would include and then during and after Brandon clearly explained everything he did and made sure to address all questions we had. What intrigued me the most about their service is if we see anything in between treatments, they will come out to take care of it within a day for free. We’ve never had that offered from other companies as part of the service, but appreciate the option.
