We have been using The Greenskeeper for a few years now and our lawn has improved greatly. This year the lawn looks the best it ever had. We used to be plagued with Creeping Charlie and bare spots. It took several years, but no more Creeping Charlie or bare spots. The lawn is thick and green and, most of all, weed-free. Their treatments really work and we are extremely satisfied. Thank you!

As many others have said. Their customer service is horrible. Last summer, one of their techs broke a yard ornament. I called them for a resolution, but the they wouldnt call me back. This year I asked to be put on their spring overseeding list. They completely forgot about me and never got it done. When i called to get some answers, they literally were laughing. I've since canceled their service and moved onto another company.

I feel like I spend a lot of money on lawn treatments but still don't have a particularly good looking lawn. They have NO customer service. It is impossible to speak to someone; you can only leave a voice mail message. But they don't return calls. Think twice before you sign on with them.

I have used the Greenskeeper for several years and have always been pleased with their service. They communicate well and are professional. I would highly recommend them.

Between all the rain we’ve had lately and having The Greenskeeper to care for all of our lawn and tree services, everything looks so lush and green! We’ve been using them for over 4 yrs now and their customer service is top tier! A family owned local business that will treat you like they would like to be treated!

Unfortunately the technicians lack awareness. I emailed the company with a complaint on 3/6/24 and they never responded. I do not recommend this company.

Scam artists. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for your lawn services

When they opened the system this spring they very obviously damaged the downspout and straps next to the back flow valve. Long story short I was advised that they don’t do downspouts. Must be nice to have a business with no responsibility to repair your mistakes. Obviously have more business than they need!

I have been a customer for almost 10 years and this year was the worst I’ve ever seen my yard. I called multiple times because weeds are growing out of control after treatment. To be clear when they come out all they do is spend about five minutes walking my yard waving their arm side to side barely putting any kind of treatment down. See the photos attached. This summer I reached out because my yard was unusually brown. Now I’m not talking about the areas where the grass hibernates due to the heat, I’m talking about brown areas where the grass was dying or is dead. Again see the photos. I asked The Greenskeeper to come out and talk to me about this, I was left a note in the door to just water in the grass would come back in 10 days. At every treatment this year the services I paid for were never truly delivered and when I called and asked about it I was given an excuse to why it might not have taken and they would send someone out. Even after the person came out I have more weeds in my yard now than when I actually started. I decided to leave the company and asked for a refund and I was told and I quote, “We are unable to give your a full refund because we did do the services and used our products on your yard”. If they did do the services and use the product that was necessary to get rid of the weeds in my yard I wouldn’t be leaving this review, nor would I be asking for a refund. It’s a shame when a company can charge what’s they charge and not provide the services agreed to. Simply put if you want a good yard, free of weeds, don’t use the Greenskeeper. I would recommend this company to everyone I met, but I will be sharing my story and recommending they find some other business to help them with their yard care.

We use Greenskeeper for both lawn treatments and irrigation services, and have been very happy with both! Their office staff is always kind and very helpful. Matt, our irrigation guy, is truly awesome! He’s extremely helpful and honest. We have a tricky well based irrigation system and his expertise vs previous companies has truly stood out and made things easier for us.

Really love the change Greenkeeper has made my yard. It looks. Would recommend them every time.

Super reasonable on price! A great local service.

Super friendly employee

First time customer in 2018. It was important to me that the backyard not be sprayed, as we have a tortoise that grazes on the grass and dandelions occasionally. Great respect for that request each time they came out! Good communication and competitively priced. Four star rating because I didn’t notice a huge difference in my front yard, but hoping this year‘s applications will continue to make improvements in the lawn’s appearance.

My lawn was SIGNIFICANTLY WORSE, specifically, crab grass/weeds took over my lawn once the hot summer weather came. The Greenskeeper said they started too late (application no. 2) to treat with a pre-emergent [crab grass killer] and this was the cause since fertilizer treatments feeds the crab grass/weeds. However, they refused to honor warranty and come out and spot treat the problem. When I requested a refund, they refused to give me a refund. (Since I pre-paid for the year, I was out an entire year's service.) At then end of the year I was sent a renewal notice...so I contacted the owner and discussed and was still unwilling to provide a refund -- or apply 2017 payments to 2018 service.

Worst lawn service provider ever. This past summer we thought it might be nice to have professionals treat our lawn because my husband was too busy to deal with it. In past years my husband always treated our lawn and we had the greenest, most lush looking grass. This year with the Greenskeeper we paid for 6 treatments and everywhere they sprayed killed our grass to the point it wouldn’t grow back. Now we have had to aerate and seed three times just to start getting our green grass back. Completely unsatisfied.
