I purchased carpet beetle traps well over a month ago, and tried reaching out to the company with questions numerous times and never heard back. I spent a lot of money for these traps to not work. Not at all. I have carpet beetles in my apartment and their larvae, and these traps I’ve placed throughout my apartment have yet to catch one (even though, I can see them crawling around and am finding their exoskeletons all over) there definitely a problem and these traps are not helpful one bit. Not to mention, the poor customer service or lack of support. It’s unfortunate I have to leave a crappy review for a crappy product and service. I’m frustrated that I spent so much and have given it well over a month and nothing… I will spare you 10 photos of the 10 traps I received and put together, but you can clearly see there’s nothing in the traps and I have a pretty significant problem here.

I have been purchasing products from this company for a number of years and was generally happy with the company and the products. However, over the last three months, I have been very dissatisfied. To the point that I will be searching for another supplier. It has always been slightly irritating that the company charges shipping when the majority of online suppliers do not. But when it came time that I needed to return an order, they had the brass to charge shipping for the return. The reason for the return was due to their design. The product was so poorly designed as to make it unusable. The final straw was today I have just spent 20 minutes placing a simple reorder because their system was not working correctly. I am afraid my patience is gone, as am I.

After years of effort, I believe that I have just ordered my last set of webbing clothes moth no-survivor traps from you. When we first started our fight, we had a complete infestation throughout the house that had started in a feather duster. We finally had to take every item of wool out of our closets and put each into the dryer or freezer, tear up 2,000 square feet of wool carpet and substitute tile, and continually replace your traps. Your team was with us all the way.

I have tried several moth products and this is the one that really does the trick. I think the product is pretty expensive and wish is was a little more reasonable in price. Other products, however, just don't protect my clothes and food as well as Insects Limited does.
