My family & I had just returned from vacation down south & I noticed what appeared to be a couple of cockroaches crawling out of one of our laundry bags. I immediately felt panicked & I called 2 different local places that didn't return my call. Tom answered, and I knew i was taking a chance he would say no because he doesn't usually service my area. He did originally say it was too far but he called me back within the following 10 minutes & asked if I had found anyone yet, then said he would fit me in his schedule a day later if I was available. It really makes a difference paying for something when someone actually cares. The total cost for treating and spraying the house, setting up little bait traps ect I was shocked how affordable it was especially if we ended up contacting the big name brand companies. I'm going to have him return each season and spray for other pests as we do live in heavy wooded area. Thank you again!

Tom services our home in the woods once a month. He is so responsive to any issues we have, always takes care of any issues that come up between services, and is incredibly friendly and professional. We used to have issues with mud daubers, wasps, bees, and even some mice. He’s tackled it all and makes our home, that backs up to a forest, much nicer. I can’t recommend Tom’s services enough! He will take care of anything you’re dealing with and he makes it his business to make sure you’re satisfied!! A genuinely kind human that deserves your business.

I called Tom to have him come out to check for bed bugs after I had stayed at a hotel and found one in my luggage. He was extremely helpful even before he arrived, giving me tips on what to do with clothes and bedding. His inspection was thorough and he even helped with an ant problem as well, while he was here. Highly recommend to anyone needing extermination services.
