Unbelievable customer service. Cole and his team, specifically Megan and Tyler, were great to work with. They were fairly priced, did great work, and put my nerves to ease with their professionalism and work ethic. We got the full encapsulation, mold treatment, and floor leveling. During their inspection they even fixed rotted wood they found for free. Will be utilizing them again in our next house, even if it's not an immediate need.

Cole and his team at Diamond Solutions have been very helpful on multiple occasions. They are prompt with their estimates and always available to clarify any questions you may have. In one particular case, Diamond Solutions was able to remedy a sunken/sagging concrete slab in a home and help a buyer close a transaction on a new home with confidence. If you have any sort of crawlspace or foundational need, give Diamond Solutions a call.

I attempted to engage Diamond Solutions to repair a cinder block basement wall. They were difficult to talk (DM) with. They said they would come out on Wednesday, April 23rd at 9am. At 9:07am I received a DM telling me their guy broke down on the highway and asked to reschedule. We rescheduled for the following Wednesday (the only day I can take off work). I DM'd the day before asking what time they will be out & they never responded. That Wednesday, April 30, I called them around noon. The person on the phone seemed to not know what to say or how to manage a simple phonecall. They said they could come on Friday, May 2. I just received a DM from them now saying they will not be making it tomorrow. Long story short, I took now 3 days off work to try to meet these guys and they only strung me along. In the end, I can't speak of their work as they never performed any for me. All I can speak to is their level of communication and professionalism; both of which suck. Had they been more communicative with me I would be happy to reschedule. Had they not blown me off I would have been happy to reschedule. For anyone interested in hiring these guys, I wish you the best of luck. Personally, I wouldn't trust them.

I’d like to give a big shout out to Cole and Diamond Solutions Crawlspaces.  These young men sealed and encapsulated our crawlspace several years ago. Our sump pump quit working this week and they came out today (on a Saturday!) and replaced our sump pump and are providing a solution to the water in our crawlspace. They do excellent work and I highly recommend them.
