He came out to check on a concern I had, and instead of trying to upsell me or push unnecessary services, he was honest and told me it was a super minor issue that I could fix on my own. We have used Mike Dooley for our pest control needs for many years. This visit was no different than any previous visit. Mike is always friendly, professional, and efficient. Booked an appointment a month in advance to have them inspect a new apartment I was moving into for pests. They never showed! I had to move my stuff in anyway as my other lease was ending. Their response was “oops, we must’ve mischeduled you”. Too late. I already moved all of my stuff in. Not reliable!

Mike Dooley is very professional and always on time. He answered all our questions and explained what he was looking for during his inspection. When it came to the treatment he explained what would take place and how the chemicals worked. He made sure we didn’t have any unanswered questions. You can tell he cares about his customers!!
