Our home is built on a slab so keeping ants at bay is an ongoing process. We have had an annual treatment program with AAA for the entire 15 years we have lived here. IF, on the off chance we do have a or with the little pests, AAA is quick to respond and resolve the “issue”!! Great company.

This company AAA Extermination was recommended by a friend. I’ve just moved into a condo and it’s on a slab. Found out ants like slabs. Been here since August 1st never had any ants but I’m being proactive. AAA exterminating was easy to setup an appointment very knowledgeable and nice employee laid down the barrier to keep bugs away.

Jonas was so kind and efficient when spraying our home today. Every single employee that has been to our home has been so nice! We haven’t had any bug issues since starting our quarterly treatments over a year ago. Thanks AAA!

I called this company to get rid of a mouse in our attic space. They came out but charged me $300 to look around the house and give me a quote for thousands of dollars of home improvements to potentially prevent this from happening again. They did absolutely nothing to solve the mouse problem. This is the only time in 27 years of owning this house have we had a mouse in our attic. This company may be good with other areas of exterminating but I am not impressed with their tactics for taking care of rodents.
I'm still waiting on them to come

Usually good service, but not today. They usually ask how everything is going and if I’m having any problems. Today, I asked the technician if he had seen any activity in the traps. Because he has never said one work to me before that. He answered with a simple no and that was it. Then I told him that I have been having a big problem with ants, wasps and these weird black and red flying bugs that have been biting me and my dog like crazy. He said, with a look of annoyance ,“I’m running late today. You’ll have to make another appointment. I don’t have time. He packed up, got in his truck and left without saying anything. I was standing outside the whole time. I have never had service from you guys that has ever been so rude.

Can’t say, only thing i know for sure is there was a door knob hanging that you had been here, so I didn’t see the if or hows of the report ed service😏
I would give this place negative if I could. They do not care about getting rid of the problem.They just want your money they do not want to help you!
Does NOT SERVE Centerville area
We called on Wednesday of last week and I was really impressed with the woman on the phone. She priced everything out and got us on the schedule for today (Saturday). We were planning on signing a continuing contract with them for 4x a year. We were scheduled today between 9-11 AM. We have sat around waiting. No one showed up. No call. I called and the office is closed although the website says open until noon. Such a bummer.

We are so sorry that this has happened. We are beginning to work in the office this coming Saturday between the hours of 8-12pm until Fall. We're not sure what happened in this instance, but if you would be willing to give us another chance please contact our office and speak with Ashley Lambert or Leslie Dickmann. We would like to rectify this issue and would be willing to greatly discount your initial service rate and schedule a date for service that would be best for you. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
They sprayed one tree. That’s all. $60 “special”! Didn’t help our mosquito problem one bit. Do not recommend.
I sent them an email asking about one of their products and still have not heard anything back
