Our service tech, Cody, has been fantastic caring for our mouse issue. He is professional, skilled, determining where they were entering, and resolving it. We couldn't be happier with Cody's service and since we live in a wooded area, we have extended our contract as a safeguard.

When I first moved into my new home, I had to get rid of the prior tenants (spiders and mice). Orkin quoted me a price of $18,000 to seal up any holes on the exterior and get rid of the mice (though the "holes" they were going to seal were not even possible mice entry places!). Tim from Termishield quoted me a literal tenth of the price and his inspection was more thorough, his plan more thought out, and the results are impeccable. Travis performed the operation of sealing up all the holes on the exterior of my house. He took the entire day, was super friendly towards me, and sealed up holes that I would never have thought existed. While he was doing this, he noticed that I had a wasp ground hive, and left so that he could get the materials to come back and take care of it for me. I did not even know about this problem and they took care of it! Tyler has been managing my regular pest service including getting rid of all of the spiders and mice, and they are gone now. He is super friendly and has even offered me some much needed advice on repairs that I need to do. In sum, Termishield is extremely affordable, its staff are delightful to talk to and very competent, and while Orkin tried to capitalize on my fear, Termishield solved the problem more thoroughly for a reasonable price. Highly, highly recommend!

Thank you for voicing your concern. At Termishield we take safety very seriously. We have spoken with our technician in regards to the incident and his account of things matches up with the video footage that we have reviewed. All products that were used, were used in a safe manner in accordance with the EPA’s laws and regulations. The product that was applied is not an airborne product and therefore is unable to enter into your respirator system. In accordance with the EPA’s laws and regulations, this product is approved for application in the presence of customers. We are contracted by the customer to complete services during the day, so we use the safest and most effective product to be used while clients may be present.
I called them to remove a family of skunks that fell down my egress window. They said they didn't do that kind of service. The add said they did.
I am very dissatisfied with Termishield. After missing one quarterly service (following using the company for over ten years!) they insisted on an extra $50 fee to be re-instated as a new customer. Very poor customer service.
