Our technician was efficient, helpful, and friendly.

I have battled wasps and ants for 16 years with little results. I started using Insight Pest Control last Spring and I couldn't be happier. My technician Christian is awesome and does a very thorough job. He was able to get rid of a 2 foot diameter ant mound and many wasp nests around the house. I haven't had a return of the wasps and no new wasp nests. Thanks!

Christian was very professional and informative. He did an absolutely awesome job of treating our house. He was very thorough and took care of everything for us. I will not be using anyone but Christian for my pest control. He is the best guy I have ever had doing pest control for me. And I have been dealing with pest control companies for over 40 years and I can tell you from experience that Christian is the best. Always ask for Christian

Great to have service provided by a down to earth professional who can accurately identify the type of bug you are trying to describe in "lay-men" terms. Christian got down and dirty spraying underneath the deck and went places down there that could been an episode on "Fear Factor". Excellent people skills. Was given an estimated arrival time of between 1 to 5 and he arrived at 1:02!! He spent 1 1/2 hours keeping conversation and working asking questions about the kinds of bugs I saw and so on. Very good first impression for the company!!

Great People so far... Seen first hand how well the product works on carpenter bees... Hopefully it works on all bugs and rodents as well

I have tried 4 times to cancel my service. They tell me someone has to call me back. No one does. I don't understand why the person I'm speaking to can't cancel my service. Very frustrating! I'm going to have to report them to my credit card because I do not know any other way to discontinue.

Not a bad company, we just didn’t need there services anymore. A little confusion in canceling. Christian came to the house and immediately handled the situation. Very professional and understanding. Christian came through, and it was appreciated.

Christian, the technician that came to provide service, was extremely informative, helpful and knowledgeable about the services that were being provided. One of their salespeople was going door to door in my neighborhood selling their services at a discounted rate claiming that many others in my neighborhood had signed up. He showed up just as I was getting home and sitting down for dinner. Against better judgement and having been dealing with hornets as many do this time of the year, I decided to sign up for their services so the salesperson could leave and I could proceed with my dinner that was now cooling. He stated that my first treatment would happen approximately 5 days later on the following Monday. Monday came and I was billed for the treatment, yet I received no treatment. I have cameras all around my house and they picked up no activity in my front or back yards. Turns out, from further video review, they treated my neighbor across the street, who did not sign up for their services. I made contact with the company stating that I would give them until the weekend to send someone out before disputing the charge with my credit card company. The weekend came and I had no confirmation from them that they'd be sending anyone out nor did I see anyone. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and contacted Insight to terminate my agreement and stop any further treatment attempts and any further billing. I received yet another charge this morning for services that I have not yet had performed. I will be filing yet another credit card dispute since this company doesn't seem to know how to follow simple instructions.

What we were told by the salesperson and what was actually done were very different.
