UPDATE: In response to owners response. The weather was sunny. It was nice. Towards end of season. The wasps that did not go back into the nest from the spraying settled elsewhere in the yard where there had be no indication whatsoever before the spraying. The occurrence was immediately after the spraying. I noticed a couple soon after and tried to trace where they were going and if the same wasp BEFORE I called. I called within 30 days, was told too bad so sad, pay us more. I really don't like

I am giving Reliable Exterminators a 3 star. Yes, our bees are gone after 2 rounds of them spraying but the service was not ideal. (EDITED TO ADD: they did pay for a company to come out and detail clean the whole area. I do wish the proper procedures were in place beforehand and service would have been better. I do hope for next time this is the case.) The first service the gentleman did not take proper procedures for an outdoor kitchen and television around a pool. He carelessly sprayed. So,
