Last November I was sick of my old pest control where I was constantly seeing bugs in my house and paying $200+ every other month. so I switched to KOPS and I have been bug free for the last year!!!!!!!! They come out two times a year and I only pay $285 each time for my size house so im saving more than $600 a year and im actually bug free!!!!!!

Kops Pest Control handled my home's termite issue in August 2024, initially at a fair price and effectively. However, shortly afterward, my porch showed damage, and my house started shaking and trembling. I contacted Joel simply to ask his opinion and obtain his insurance information to clarify the cause of these issues objectively. Instead of answering professionally, Joel left me an extremely rude voicemail, accused me of threatening legal action—which I never did—and refused to provide basic insurance details. His defensive, hostile reaction was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Due to this, I can’t recommend his services.

There is no way a half inch drill hole, or even MULTIPLE HOLES will make a porch defective. I should know 1,000+ houses later.... especially with the way it already looked LIKE A WAVE OF CEMENT, when we arrived. It was the worst porch I have ever seen, and WE GET BLAMED? LMAO. No, you even mentioned to me and my worker that you had to put some more money in the house, and that was one of the things you was going to put that $$$ into. it was so bad. This was attempted insurance fraud, quite honestly. And I wanted no part of his shenanigans. His sensory and picking this particular house is the issue. And I do have pictures to prove it!!! Good luck with this fellow, I walked away forever.... he's a scammer, literally!!!

Nice that you sprayed. But very irresponsible of you to spray puddles and to spray around a car seat and the dog toys. Underneath of the car seat was soaked, so was the dog toys. Thanks.

We cannot move everything, but we do spray. Around things that need it based on the circumstance. Puddles can be normal on old hardwood. Js.

We have a rental, the tenants left and we found the dreaded roaches... horror!!! So terror ensued, but we called these guys. Not only are they local but they made it out that day. I laughed in glee as I saw the little nightmares dying in despair. The guys were professional and quick assassins. I hope I never have to see the Kops team again but if I ever have a problem, they will be the ones I call!
