My restaurant has been working with Cardinal since the end of 2020. We had termites in early 2021 and they have been our pest company since. It is imperative that we have someone we can trust and know that they take care of what we need. They show up each month on time and with professionalism. They are top notch!!!!

We have used Cardinal annually for years in May to spray our decks and exterior of our house for spiders at Lake Santee. It keeps the spiders away for months. Cardinal has always been prompt, courteous, and professional. We will continue to use their services.

I've used Cardinal Pest Control for a number of years. Everyone from the person that answers the phone to the technicians that do the spraying are absolutely the most professional and friendly people that I've ever dealt with. I will continue to use their services for many years.

This company was contracted by the previous home owners for Fungus or Mold Abatement. However, the smell did not go away because there was very little done in way of the Abatement. IMO, they do not have a clue on mold issues and ripped off the previous owners for a large sum of money. Enough money that should have covered and remedied the issue so that a new homeowner would not have noticed the issue. However, we did give them a 2nd chance to honor the warranty, but they just came and looked again and said they did all they could. No remedy. Just blah blah blah. We found another company to clean our vents that showed pics of how bad the mold issue was and they offered some solution. All in all, do not waste your money on a pest control company for mold.

Poor customer service the receptionist was rude first of all. She told my husband that its our fault cause we don't keep a clean house. I clean our house daily. It doesn't matter how clean you are things happen. But luckily we found someone else too take care of the problem sorry not sorry.

Did not actually use their services, but I used the advice of the person I spoke with on the phone to take care of my problem. Not only did it work, it also saved me the money it would have cost to hire them.

Cardinal's customer service was great when I called to enquire. The specialist showed up on time and was also friendly and informative. All good signs I hope. Now we wait for results. I'll give them five stars for now. Hopefully I don't have to come edit. 🤞 Thanks 😊
