Highly recommend this pest control company. The tech was very professional and knowledgable, Bridgett was very nice to speak with. Even though Im not in their service area they made time to come out and treat my house for yellow jackets.

I called The Green Advantage after a big box company did not show for a first appointment. I should have called TGA to begin with!! They were wonderful! I had a bad in ground infestation of German yellow jackets under my front porch. The technician came a few hours after I called and totally eradicated the wasps without needing to remove the latticework from the porch in order to access the nest. He did a great job and also called me when he was done to report his progress. I talked with 3 people from the company, including the owner, technician and receptionist. All were very responsive and helpful. I will definitely use this company again!

Jon came out and did his W.D.I. inspection for my VA loan. He explained everything thoroughly and I even picked his brain about some troublesome trees I have too. Very knowledgeable, highly recommend!!

Green Advantage is wonderful & reasonably priced. The entire staff is very informative, attentive & considerate. Unfortunately, I had a bed bug problem which they resolved, cleaned up & now I do a quarterly service to ensure no more issues. I highly recommend them, dependable & trustworthy.

The Green Advantage and John in particular have been most responsive to our landscaping and insect issues. Whether it has been injecting oaks for wilt, spraying to keep the carpenter ants out of our house, using growth regulator on the entry yews before the get too large, or soil ammendments for the lawn their advice and service have been comprehensive.

Have been using Green Advantage for the past 5+ years now. Originally contacted them because my home was infested with pill bugs. That problem fixed! I continue to use them to limit spiders, ants etc. No problem with pests ever. Their employees and office staff alike are always kind and accommodating!!!

They lied and said their tech was in the hospital.

The owner was extremely rude after I called about a service he provided. I told him a particular space was not sprayed and he called me a liar! I tried to be very nice and professional as I am an attorney. He was very nasty and rude! If you want great customer service, this is not the place for you. I would also like to mention this was my second time calling them to my home on a product that did not work before. Never again!
