The owner was extremely rude after I called about a service he provided. I told him a particular space was not sprayed and he called me a liar! I tried to be very nice and professional as I am an attorney. He was very nasty and rude! If you want great customer service, this is not the place for you. I would also like to mention this was my second time calling them to my home on a product that did not work before. Never again!

I called The Green Advantage after a big box company did not show for a first appointment. I should have called TGA to begin with!! They were wonderful! I had a bad in ground infestation of German yellow jackets under my front porch. The technician came a few hours after I called and totally eradicated the wasps without needing to remove the latticework from the porch in order to access the nest. Before we found Mosquito Authority we weren’t able to really enjoy our yard. Our kids would get bitten up and bites swell almost immediately. Now since using their services we’ve been able to reclaim our yard!! The staff are very respectful of our property and the management team is very communicative. The best is that their stuff is pet and human safe!!!! I would recommend everyone to using these services to ensure bit-free use of your oasis!!!

We had been having a hard year with mosquitoes, I feel due to so much rain. I had never used a service like this before, so I was leary of what to expect. I have to say, I am absolutely amazed at the effectiveness. I can enjoy outside again and not feel like I am going to be carried away by a swarm of mosquitoes. Mosquito Authority sent out a polite and informative young man, Joseph W. He got the job done and I am very grateful.
