We live in the neighborhood with mature trees and have lots of squirrels. Over the past year and a half we have had ongoing damage to our property from pests getting in at weak points. This team helped identify and repair the weak points and prevent new breaches. Our technician, Davi, is knowledgeable and service-minded. If we have any concerns, they come out right away and help us troubleshoot. The office team is responsive via their text system and I feel like if we have any problems we can get help pretty quickly. This is not a service that you want to have, but if you need it this is the team you want. NOTE: We previously used a different company who billed for services that they did not complete and that were not accessible when problems occurred. They even missed appointments entirely.

I missed Davil when he came to check out bait stations but, since he first put out the bait stations and put the gutter aprons around the house, we haven't heard any more rodents in the attic. What a relief!

Can't say enough good things about our experiences with Green Eagle. Our "Guy" is very personable and professional. This is our second year with Green Eagle and the impact their service has provided has exponentially increased our quality of life in our outdoor spaces. We are extremely happy. Professional, kind and timely service. Had a concern about ants and sent a text message. Received a response within the first two minutes of sending and took care of the area.

When I called, I talked to a real person. He help schedule me for the following morning. The young man who came out was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He found the yellow jacket nest and treated it. Very impressed with this locally and family owned company.

We had a huge hornets nest right next to our kids’ playset, and Jordan with Green Eagle Environmental came out the same day. The service was extremely prompt, pricing was great, and Jordan was very friendly and professional. Couldn’t ask for better service — I strongly recommend Green Eagle Environmental to anyone needing pest removal!

Friendly and knowledgeable during the sales pitch. Fair price. Unfortunately, poor communication and follow-up. Did not do all the work that was paid for. The quality of work was mediocre an not completely effective. I have left multiple messages to resolve an issue with no response.

Green Eagle came out to look at a squirrel issue I was having. I called multiple times over a couple weeks and never received a quote. I left my phone number and email multiple times. I was told repeatedly someone would reach back out to me but no one ever did. I'm honestly baffled to see this company with such high reviews when they won't even return a phone call.

*update* just found the balled up wad of wire that they put in the dryer vent fallen out on the ground and it made me laugh sadly and remember how much money I wasted on this. I remember asking for a detailed plan of what they would do for the exclusion and they said it was too specialized to describe. Ha ha ha 😭 Over promised and under-delivered on mouse exclusion. We kept trying to work with them for six months and were very patient, but it turned out to be a very expensive mistake. The guarantee isn’t worth anything. Waited a few weeks for the appointment. Was rescheduled twice. No call, no show for the 3rd appointment. Never a returned phone call after that. So unprofessional & rude!

Had service scheduled for Friday but no one showed up. Left 2 voice mails. Late Monday I got a call and they came right out that day. Initial responsiveness could have obviously been better but they did respond once they found out about the miss.

I’m pretty sure the guy didn’t de-web the house this time. All the other guys did. That was a disappointment because I even moved things away from the house so he could get to it. I will say I didn’t have any ants this year so that’s a good thing.

The previous visits the technician came to the door and asked if we wanted him to come inside and spray which I thought was part of our service and this time he didn’t even come to the door just sprayed outside and left

Did not notify us when you could come out, make arrangements with us so we could get dog out of house for inside spray, were not told that they were going in back yard to spray even though sign on fence said to knock or ring doorbell before doing so. This has happened twice. If it happens again we will cancel service.

Definitely see dead ants after they spray but I regularly still see some alive too so they still aren’t under control but they always offer to come back and do a recheck for free when I mention seeing them…
