I have spoke to Eric over the phone a couple times over the span of several years regarding some concerns I had with pests in our house. He was so incredibly helpful at answering my questions and did not even try and push any services. Hopefully we never actually need pest control services but if we do, I’ll be calling Eric!

They were professional, courteous, and very informative throughout the entire process without ever feeling pushy or sales-driven. Eric took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and was very reasonable with pricing and recommendations. What stood out most was their responsiveness…communication was fast, reliable, and professional every step of the way. It’s hard to find companies that combine great customer service with honesty and professionalism, but they absolutely delivered. Highly recommend!

I called several pest companies that had limited services “and rushed through my home” Other Pest companies were unable to reach above the technicians head. G&G Identified my Pest areas and had no issues using a letter to seal up an open hole in my utility room in the basement. In addition… they never rush in providing service, regardless of the climate or the size of the home. PLEASE CALL THEM- You’re Insect/Pest/Rodent problem will be identified and handled Immediately!! Eric's treatments noticeably help reduce pests inside and immediately outside our home, and we live in a forested area. They don't seem to bother our dog either. He is easy to make an appointment with and shows up promptly when scheduled!

I have used G&G Pest control services for the past few years from mice control in garage, to carpenter ant removal, to routine maintenance. Eric with G&G has been professional, easy to commmunicate with, and cost effective. As new home owners, we did not have experience with pest control and identifying issues. Eric was able to help identify a tree that was the source of carpenter ants and we were able to address the cause of the issue. We try to routinely schedule interior and exterior pest control every 3 months. On months where we delayed scheduling, there was definitely a difference in the amount of insects that appeared inside our home. I recommend G&G Pest control for for all needs.

Eric from G & G treats my house for ants every year, and I don't need to worry the rest of the year! Except last year, we ended up with a yellow jacket hive in our window. Eric promptly came out and dispatched it. I recommend him to my clients and friends who need a bug guy!
