Rating: ⭐ 0/5 I’m extremely disappointed with the rodent inspection service. After three visits, nothing was resolved. Each time, I was given assurances and promises that the issue would be fixed, but there was no real progress. The technician spent a lot of time talking rather than actually addressing the problem. They also mentioned a 6‑month warranty, but based on my experience, I don’t feel confident in that promise. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a waste of money, and I would not recommend this company based on the service I received.

Good afternoon, you are correct we we went to the property 3 times. We put over 20 bait boxes in. Did a follow up service and the bait was completely eaten. Obviously like we explained you had a massive infestation. We refilled the boxes and returned 2 weeks later exactly as talked about. Upon return there was zero bait eaten. Common sense shows that there isn't anymore activity because nothing is being eaten. We were in many text messages between this gentleman and his tenant. Their was alot of tension and arguments about this problem going on for a long before we came in and eliminated the mice in the unit. The oven was in horrible condition and I suggested to get a new one for health reasons I absolutely wouldn't eat food from it. This is a multi unit condo building. They were hearing scratching in between walls. I let the gentleman know if he wanted to open the walls we could see if there were dropping or live mice. He refused. However, he kept asking me to straighten things out with the home owners association so he wasn't at fault with them. The only guarantee we can make is to eliminate his unit from having mice. Which we absolutely have done. We cannot control what is happening in the adjacent condo. The tenant himself said he was suing the owner for renters rights for several things. We charged around $200 and earned every bit of what we charged. Unfortunately, the landlord wanted something more than eliminating the problem in the unit that we were paid to service. 26 years in business we will always go above and beyond to help our clients. However, the client hires a professional for his expertise. We cannot help if they dont take the advice given. Again, the mice were eliminated from the unit we were paid to service.

I had a yellow jacket infestation that I couldn't handle myself. I gave a call to DOA and they had someone out the next morning! Ryan did a thorough job and got every last one of those buggers. He was happy to explain what was being used and how it would work. And the price was great, especially for the quality job that was done. Highly recommend.

Super fast response to the hornets getting into my house, and they followed up as promised. No pressure for service commitments - which makes me much more likely to call them again! In fact, the pressure and nonstop marketing calls from previous service companies left me dreading making the appointment for these hornets, but it truly was a pleasure having DOA Pest Control on my property.
