The guy only sprayed in the bathrooms and kitchen. Then we called the office and asked for someone else to come out and do the whole condo. They said the manager would come Monday afternoon. So Monday morning at around 9:00 our door bell rang and the guy we asked not to come, was standing at the door. They never even bothered to warn us. Very poor customer service. Do not hire this company.
We have been calling Tony for our pest control needs for the past few years. He is by far the most knowledgeable exterminator we have ever dealt with. Tony has our complete trust for his methods of treatment, as he is not only knowledgeable but also a very honest individual. His rates are extremely fair and below other competitors. I would highly recommend Novus’ services over the national brands, as you will get his undivided attention and personalized treatment recommendations.
Excellent service that is consistently available when needed. We've relied on them for over a year, and their support has always been friendly and excellent! I highly recommend them, especially since they are not like typical corporate or franchise businesses that can be rude and unfriendly. This place is the complete opposite—friendly, family-oriented, and welcoming. They are truly there for you, and we will continue to rely on them.

Still going strong with Pest Arrest. They came by to refill my mouse bait stations, and with that comes peace of mind that we won't have to deal with mice in our basement anymore. The communication is excellent, with texts/emails sent a few days prior to the appointment, and then notifications are sent when the tech is on their way and they send an update to share how much of the bait has been eaten. Would highly recommend!

Tony was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable! The inspection was very thorough, and he took the time to educate me and even recommended some DIY solutions. He found hornet nests in the exhaust vent of my kitchen range hood (where I would never have thought to look). I would highly recommend this service!
So glad we called them! We had some field mice sneaking in and a few other pests showing up — they handled everything quickly and were really nice about explaining what they did. Nicholas has been very transparent and is easy to work with!
