Naturescape Lawn and Landscape Care

I had Naturescape out to do mosquito treatment. Dimitri did the most wonderful job. He took his time to make sure everything was covered. I applaud Naturesape in Waukegan for hiring him. It was exceptional. I also want to applaud Chad the manager of Naturescpe at the Waukegan office to always be there to help any customer. He sets the tone and it shows! I was impressed.

He indicated the actions he would take to address my issue and we completed our conversation. Had a great experience with Naturescape this season. Adam, one of their employees came by and was so thorough on my lawn that I have seen a significant drop in weeds on my lawn. Some people in the past people have come by for a minutes but he stayed longer than “normal” and put in extra care. Much appreciated!

The company's customer service is wonderful to work with--so respectful and appreciative of their customers, and very flexible to work out the right plan for the right cost for your home. Wow !!! This is what I call " Great Service ". Even though landscape season is over.... I have to give a great -huge shout out to Naturescape for their amazing service from spring - fall. Naturescape was reasonably priced and you can pick the exact service without having to buy a package/bundle like all the other companies. They came out twice for my weed infested lawn and they got rid of all the weeds. Naturescape's service is truly amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you ... thank you ... thank you Naturescape staff :)

I have used naturescape for many years. I took a break from them for a while. Like a year and I just had them come back. The young man that came to my house. Yesterday to do an aeration of my lawn was very honest in telling me that he couldn't aerate the backyard, because he couldn't get the real equipment or the right equipment through the gate. And he had another aerator that just wasn't doing the job now he could have just walked away. And said, okay, it's all done. But he didn't, he was honest. He told me that he would write up a report so that they can bring the right equipment or fix the equipment that he had that gets through. The gate to do the aeration properly of the lawn. So I didn't get as His name, but I did call the company to tell them that they hired a really good kid. And I've used naturescape for years, and they do do a good job.

Ruben did an EXCELLENT job today He was responsible making sure that all of my concerns were completed. He answered all of my questions with a smile. Very friendly, seemed as though he was concerned about my lawn, as if it was his own. Hopefully he will be returning for upcoming lawn applications. Thank you Ruben for a GREAT JOB

My 1st season with naturescape has gone well so far. They answer the phone, are courteous, address my questions and concerns and the products they use seem to be working as expected.

Today they came and serviced my address and they did an amazing job. The guy was going to do aerating took his time, made sure that everything was correct. Really good service today.

efficient and polite techs and customer service

I have been using Naturescape for years for fertilizing my lawn, aeration, mosquito control, and other services. They are the best. I love the fact that once I am signed up for them, I don't have to call or schedule. They come out at the appropriate time during the season for my various treatments. It just gets done with no hassle on my part. In my situation, it is actually probably cheaper for me to have them do the fertilzing than for me to do it myself. No fertilizer to buy, no spreader to store and one less thing to worry about! If there is ever an issue with the weeds in the yard, I have had no problems with them coming out for a spot treatment.

We have been using Naturescape for years. It’s a great company. Reliable, with wonderful service. Our grass is surviving every year only because of their care. I highly recommend them.

I paid for 4 spray weed control treatments, upfront. They forgot and came after I called waiting 2 months. The last application, my camera caught the guy walking in an out of my yard in 5 seconds with a spreader. After I reviewed the camera footage I called to complain that my back yard was untouched except by deck. Office said they would send him back. My camera did not capture anyone coming back. UPDATE 11/25. Naturscape called several times to discuss the issue and answered all my questions regarding product usage, time on property, etc.Even though my camera didn't capture the activity, I was satisfied with the explanation, effort to resolve and overall my lawn does look the best in years.

I’ve had a few companies do landscape at my home and they all were so-so. Which caused me to keep looking. I am a stickler for great customer service sorry. Well I am happy to say I finally found the perfect company with the great customer service I was looking for. The landscaper KHALID is thee best. He does an excellent job on my yard; is very professional and polite. I am so happy I chose this company and I don’t have to look any further. Very satisfied customer here lol
