Yesterday SavATree came to our house to trim several trees and removed a dying red bud tree. Evita was very knowledgeable and excellent in explaining to me what needed to be removed from each tree and why. Carlos and his crew worked very hard and did a wonderful job taking care of our trees. They were very pleasant to be with. Carlos very nicely answered my many questions. I would not hesitate to have them return for future needs!

This company provides excellent service including technicians, managers, and front desk. I have used them for several years personally and as treasurer of our home owners association.

Had the early spring treatment for the pine trees which is part of my annual program. Technician informed me of the service being provided and was courteous and careful around the landscaping. Application was performed in a timely manner and the service ticket was left at my door.

I was home - the technician was here but I did not see what she did. I received what she left by my front door and she provide Round 1 Horicultheral Oil treatment for two trees. I am happy these trees are being taken care of.

As always, you guys are great! There's a noticeable improvement in the thorny Hawthorne. The ugly dead limbs are gone!

Always 5 stars. 1st application and lawn is already turning green. One small thing, I would like a text when they are coming so I can make sure gates are unlocked for them.

The entire process was great experience

Arborists should prune trees. Thank goodness for SavATree! They literally saved my tree and I am thankful they live up to their name! Last year I made the mistake of calling “the cheapest quote” to prune my trees out front. A beautiful, full older tree I adored! Lesson learned, as the tree was not pruned. It was given a buzz-like haircut resembling Bart Simpsons head. I was mortified. The top of the tree was GONE. The tree remained very wide. I was reassured it would grow back fine. Well of course it didn’t! That’s why I’m leaving a review here! An Arborist should prune your trees, chalk it up to life’s experiences, or learn from my review. Do not trust the cheapest option. My tree was going to die- it looked terrible, unsightly, and branches were breaking daily. The weight distribution was off and each branch was holding way more than it should. SavATree literally saved the tree, PRUNED IT, (not buzz cut), and gave it space to grow and thrive! I’m so thankful. It’s a night and day difference. I highly recommend! In addition I do see some customers did appreciate the tech coming out without a days notice- but, to be fair- they are doing work outdoors- and, with my very busy schedule I was very grateful SavATree took the initiative to prune my trees timely. I have a very busy schedule so I can’t always be home. I also assume that they would like to work on your tree when it’s the best for the tree. Is there enough light in that part of the yard? If people are home, dogs barking, cars going in and out, the arborist will be distracted. I thought it was fantastic coming home to a beautifully pruned tree!

The knowledge of our arborist up front was impressive. However, I asked for three quotes received one. I had to reach out to find next steps after paying deposit. At one point I called the office to ask if anyone else could help me schedule the removal as I was not happy with the communication, and the woman told me they were just busy. Refused to let me speak to anyone else. There are no supervisors? The crew was polite and did a nice job. However the company’s communication is not upto par. Edited to say: the person on the text line was extremely helpful. She got everything moving for me multiple times.

Nick showed up on time for the estimate and was very knowledgeable about my trees. He told me information about my invasive ornamental pear tree, also told me about my maple tree. Thank you for the information. If I had a sick tree, I would call SavATree again.

We have been using SavATree for about 4 or 5 years and have been satisfied. They were able to treat my magnolia scale to save the tree. Nick came out to give me an estimate on pruning, mulching, and treatment. He seemed to have great knowledge and enthusiasm of tree care. Would recommend.

Communication is atrocious. Quick to come out and quote, and then cancelled on me when they were supposed to come remove the trees. When I tried to find out when they would be back I could not get a response from the arborist , and if you call the office they explain that the arborist do their own scheduling. When you can finally get them on site they do good work. Overall I can’t recommend them do to their lack of communication.

We had Sarah Tien, an Arborist with SaveATree give us an estimate for some tree work in our yard, I liked her from the beginning. She was personable and knowledgeable. I could tell she loved her job. We did not use the company at this time due to pricing, but I wouldn't hesitate calling her if we should need any additional services in the future. Gary Naus

Can't even get someone out to even evaluate my tree's. Called twice and no response. I guess it's a sign. Thanx.
