When other companies were unable to find the source of spiders in our basement, they were able to eliminate the problem. They are family owned and operated. Professional, prompt, and clean. Owner and son are complete jerks and quite incompetent. Owners son backed up into my PARKED car, in front of the police station. Immediately comes off hostile yelling at me, when in fact, his son didn’t look before backing up. Rudest person I’ve ever met, and cheap as could be. I ended up paying for the damages HIS SON caused. Would never in a million years recommend this “man”

AGAD was professional, friendly & efficient! We found a bed bug crawling across our daughter’s mattress about a week after she mentioned having 3 itchy bites one morning. I cried! I loved that we were able to find a local business & everything was taken care of right away. The woman I spoke with at the office was extremely kind & had Cliff call us later that day. Cliff, the owner, confirmed it was in fact a bed bug, but was luckily an adult male bug. He said everything looked good, but for sanity’s sake, we went ahead with treatment. He was incredibly thorough & gave us all peace of mind which is priceless in these types of unsettling situations! Cliff was here through all 3 treatments. He explained everything he was doing throughout it all. The process exceeded our expectations & with a 90 day guarantee that begins at the last treatment, you really can trust his work! I called when i noticed I had a yellow jacket infestation. I have a dog and 2 small children and the pests were getting into my home so I needed something done quick. I posted on facebook asking for reccomendations on exterminators and was given AGADs information. The women who answered the phone when I called was beyond amazing! She got all of my information and was very personable. She said she cliff was done for the day but that he would give me a call to discuss everything either tonight or first thing tomorrow. Given it was the end of the day (google says they close at 5 and i called arouns 445) I figured I wouldnt get a call until the next day... but he called within 30 minutes! He then said he could come out tonight or tomorrow, and was at my home within the hour!! He explained everything and answered all of my questions. Over all outstanding service from start to finish on the customer service aspect. Now just waiting for the results of the service which I have no doubt I'll be just as pleased. Thank you AGAD!! As i told the receptionist and cliff, you guys are amazing and I appreciate the amazing service! Will definently reccomend and use again for any future needs (fingers crossed i wont have any other issues for a while though)

Called them. Very responsive. Called back in 1/2 hour. Thought I had a bad problem.They we're very knowledgeable, very responsive and very honest. Could have easily charged me for a treatment I did not need. Evaluated the problem,took 1visit and cured it . I would highly recommend them!

Found a few bugs in our sofa bed while doing some routine cleaning. Cliff was very responsive; reviewed our photo where he confirmed (luckily) that the critters were not bed bugs; investigated the likely culprit and provided some suggestions on how to handle. All without a charge. I hope I never have to deal with bed bugs - but if I do have to deal with them, I would want a professional like Cliff on my side!

Outstanding Service. The name speaks for itself! I had Cliff over today and within 30 minutes of him leaving I observed multiple spiders and other assorted non invited guests drop around the perimeter of my home dead! I never had these type of results and a bug free home using ANY of the other service providers. All I ever heard about was drilling holes in my walls and trim.... I Highly Recommend Cliff and his crew for your pest issues within your home. I never write reviews however this one definitely needed to be written. Don't waste your time with other companies!!!!!!! Coming from a consumer who has tried the rest.

cliff the owner is a jerk a total jerk he thinks because he owns the business that he is god oh man does that guy need a wake up call i would never recommend him at all hes a terrible human being do not use these services horrible customer service even if you are wrong you are still right cause you are the customer what a very rude man . . .. . shortly after this review he also showed up at my home with his child and had two squad cars over here for trespassing how unprofessional and what a terrible man

We had a mice problem. The owner Cliff came over and identified their entry point immediately. Sealed off the entry point. Set bait traps where they were at. And now we no longer have a mice problem. Reasonable pricing and quality service. Can't beat it.

Cliff from AGAD Pest Control has the BEST customer service. His dog came out to my apartment a couple of years ago to confirm that I didn’t have bed bugs (he even brought a bug with him in a container to hide in a drawer to make sure the dog found it and was working). I thought I brought bed bugs back from Europe, and have been paranoid ever since. Cliff continues to answer my questions about them, and if I ever feel like I have a bed bug issue in the future, I will definitely hire him and his awesome dog again. Definitely use him if you’re even mildly concerned you might have those monster bed bugs!

I called AGAD in hopes of using their bed bug dog (NYX) to ease my mind on the possibility of having bed bugs. Found one crawling on me during the weekend at a store I was at. Due to having bed bugs in the past, I decided to give AGAD a call that Monday to see if I could get an inspection done. The were prompt and friendly and were able to get out to me in a couple of days. Cliff, the dog handler, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and determined to help one out. My place was free of bed bugs, and he placed a test bug in the apt. to show us that Nyx was indeed working. With my mind at ease and knowing we are bed bug free, the low cost of inspection was well worth my sanity. Thanks again Cliff and Nyx and will recommend yourself and company to any future inquires that come my way.
