Trey Jones did EXCELLENT work at my house today 2/6/26. Because it was still wintry wet with snow and rain, he used dusting chemicals to expand a layer of deterrent for when insects start to emerge. I am happy to have this protection and understood his it works. Trey listened and answered my concerns. He explained very intelligently how the preventative and x material works to deter within vulnerable cracks and crevices. Trey is an outstanding professional and expert at his work, fully licensed

Terminix is one of the most inconsistent companies around. I was really hoping with their merger they would get better. THEY HAVEN'T. They have a few good tech's but clearly they are not staffed and managed properly. The initial service/inspection starts out fine but then the follow up issues start. 1. I hired Terminix for bat and rodent exclusion at my home. I paid $5,000 and also prepaid for a 9 year service contract on top of the $5,000. Their team came to our home and litteraly sprayed a can of spray foam in a few locations and called it good. The foam looks terrible and it did not solve the problem.
