Made our bug problem worse then it ever was! We never had issues in our home just surrounding the home. This was even discussed when I was hiring them and that our focus was the bug problem around our home. Now we have a massive problem inside with spiders, ants, these tiny little bugs that are EVERYWHERE. And no improvements anywhere outside! In fact a massive spider problem my kids can’t even play! Within a few months we’ve used them (hired them in April) they’ve been out to my property 6x!! T

I was away from my house when my ring camera showed me Gerardo was at my house. Last time my wife said he was here and did a half ass job. He did not thoroughly spray and he knocked my cable off the side of my house, probably when he might have been getting rid of spider webs. Today, I got home a couple minutes after he arrived and had him come in because we were having spiders. He came in and sprayed when he was a long way from the corners and sides of my walls. Just moved to a home with a Belo system. Still catching up on the move but before I could call the company, they trespassed on the property to remove the system in place. I only discovered this because I tripped in one of the holes. Went inside to see if there were docs in an envelope. Behold, they were addressed to Homeowner. Still unopened.
