I could not recommend this company more to help with removal of animals invading your property. We had a racoon that burrowed deep into our house through a weak joint in the roof--from the moment we called the main office, we felt taken care of by true professionals. They were prompt in their response, and they wasted no time in coming out to the house for an inspection & then setting traps and removing the animal. Their technician, Matt, was extremely professional and kind, and he ensured the problem was solved as quickly as possible. Terrible! Not returning calls after trapping animal in my attic for 2 days, Had to call another company to come remove animal, just the the initial $150 and ran! Will be report to the IDOC!

Tonight unfortunately I had a nasty ,scary adult brown bat in my basement.. I hate these disgusting mammals. I called ADC out of St Joseh and they explained the charges to me over the phone . I was very happy with that since other businesses didn't want to do that! Matt the technician promptly came within the hour ,didn't mess around and 15 minutes later, found the bat, caught it and cage it ,all the while making sure there werent any others. Now that's damn good customer service... Matt explained that ADC provides a service that will prevent further bats from getting into my home. He told me just to call the office and get on the list . Well as anyone can guess I will be on that list for sure! Please take my advice on this, be careful who you deal with in this field I went with another business years ago and found out I was overcharged immensely and lied to about what they promised involving a warranty . Please don't hesitate to call ADC cause they are honest,knowledgeable and reliable .I absolutely stand behind them.Thank you so much for helping me and my family!

ADC was wonderful from start to finish. The person I initially called was knowledgeable and friendly. The folks that came to the house quickly found how the raccoon was getting on the roof and where they were accessing the attic. Their repairs were great. I definitely will recommend ADC to all.

Had them out to check for squirrels. They were very knowledgeable and helpful! Luckily they didn’t find anything upstairs and only maybe one space down low that they prepped and I’ll be monitoring. Definitely will use them again if ever needed and will be recommending to friends and family!

Highly recommend! We had a small colony of bats in our attic. They come out and inspected our attic, roof, dormers and had a plan of attack right away. They were knowledgeable and professional from beginning till end!

I am extremely thankful for the service provided by ADC. Carla dispatched Matt after 9pm last night 9/11 to remove a bat in the house. He was able to catch and remove the bat within minutes. I will be having my house inspected to make sure I don't have anymore bats hiding. Matt explained why and how bats enter a house. They are 1 of the best companies I've worked with.

Matt and Karla are great! I contacted ADC to check my house for possible wildlife intrusion. Karla was very organized and efficient. Matt and a colleague came out and did a thorough inspection. They found no evidence of infusions and assured me my house was very tight. I highly recommend Matt and Karla and ADC!

I want to thank the receptionist/operator at ADC for her help yesterday on the phone. I’m new to the area and called their competitor, Anything Wild, who left me waiting for over 24 hours on a call back/time that someone could come out to remove an animal in my vent. ADC was up front on their availability and pricing and the lady was beyond professional and helpful, providing me with temporary remedies until someone could come out. Luckily my landlord was able to remedy the problem, but I would’ve happily paid and used ADC based on their amazing customer service and extreme professionalism. I highly recommend ADC for any wildlife issue. They were very prompt in responding to our request for help after hearing critters in our attic. Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly figured out what animal it was and how to trap it. We heard from Matt or Karla daily, informing us of the current situation/next step.
