Lice Clinics of America - Spring Grove

After being exposed to lice, I went to the Sping Grove clinic to be checked. Everything was explained to me. There were no attempts to upsell treatments or products. I left feeling confident in the experience.

So impressed with the treatment we received! I just showed up with no appointment (be smarter than me, call before! 🙃) Nick came right in checked my hair and treated it. Brought my kids in the next day for treatment! Nick was knowledgeable, kind, and really enjoyable to talk to! Who knew a lice treatment could feel like a spa?! I highly recommend this location! We walked away completely lice free and with a ton of knowledge. Worth every penny to not have to worry about it the next few weeks. Nick didn’t miss a thing! I hope we never have to come back! 🤪 But won’t hesitate to come back if we have to! Don’t try to do it yourself! Go in!

Thank god for this amazing place! My daughter contracted lice at daycare. I tried 2 over the counter treatments and still could not get rid of them. I called and was able to get in the same day. Nick is absolutely wonderful and amazing! He did so good with my 4 year old. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had, and I had a ton lol thank you so much for making this terrible experience so much better. If I could give you 100009 stars I would. Thank you!!

My son started complaining of an itchy scalp and my heart sank…lice. Every 90’s kid who has lived through the shampoos and treatments still has flashbacks…I thought our weekend was toast, and then we found the Lice Clinic. Nick and Erin were amazing. From the moment we made the appointment, they communicated clearly and helped ensure we had a seamless appointment. I never want lice again, but if we do get it, this is the place to go. We were in and out in 90 min (for 4 of us) and the knowledge we walked away with was invaluable.

Myself and my two daughters just had a very pleasant experience with Maryfer. She was very empathetic to our situation and gave us lots of education and encouragement. The treatment was extremely thorough and we feel better prepared to prevent them in the future. Thank you Maryfer!!

If you’re checking reviews, that means you have a lice scare, and for that i’m sorry! we had a mild case but over the counter treatments did nothing for the eggs. Amber rocked. A true professional.

Erin was amazing at helping us quickly mitigate an initially stressful and overwhelming situation. She was patient, kind, and the facility was well equipped to entertain young children through the experience. So grateful we found this service and could quickly return to normal life in our house, lice free!

What a sigh of relief! I discovered head lice on my daughter last night, first experience in our home! Called lice clinics if America and had an amazing, very personal experience with them! People do not know enough about this particular issue. But you should know there is treatment and information to ease the stress!

We visited Lice Clinics of America on May 31, with two grandparents and two grandchildren. Three of the four of us needed treatment and our technician, Erin, was amazing. The kids, age 9 1/2 and 8, had so many questions and Erin patiently answered everything while she treated us. She explained the procedures and the “why” behind the procedure. She shared her family’s experience with lice which was so helpful. This is the place to go if you find anyone close to you afflicted with Lice.

This place helped me to breath a sigh of relief. I believe Cailin was the name of the women who helped me and she made me feel so much better coming in there and explained everything so clearly and was so very kind. It sucks having to go into a lice clinic, but she made me feel better and explained how the treatment works, how to clean stuff like furniture at home, what to use after going there, and a lot more advice. Cailin was very helpful and explained everything clearly and I have been using all of the advice she gave.

This place was a life saver! After a sleepless night and a Google search, it lead me here. Within 5 minutes of reaching out requesting information, I had someone contact me. I was able to get my family in almost immediately. Left with so much knowledge and feeling much better! 10/10 would recommend.

Erin and her husband provided the best service for our family and were so helpful during a stressful time. They are very knowledgeable about lice and taught us a lot of very useful information that helped all of our family to defeat lice. They are both so kind and provided the best customer service. As a person that has never had lice or had to deal with lice, LCofA was my lifesaver! I had discovered my daughter had lice before bed, was recommended to contact LCofA, I requested an appt and received a call back at 9PM to schedule my appt! What a relief it was to go to bed knowing there was an end in sight! Especially for my child that wanted the lice removed that minute! When we arrived at the clinic, Nick put my mind at ease. It felt like a trusted friend helping navigate these uncharted waters! My youngest daughter even let him check her hair without a fuss (which is a big deal)! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He de-stigmatized lice for me and my daughters. He also helped us be prepared at home by providing us with products and a handy list of things we need to do at home to make sure there are no pesky lice waiting around to re-infest. I’m grateful for your clinic and for Nick! I’ve already shared my experience with numerous friends and family…and would 100% go back if we ever need to (hopefully we don’t). Nick was absolutely fabulous, educated us on everything lice, took the time to personally know our situation and just over all great conversation making a very uncomfortable situation feel comfortable. He saw our situation and went above and beyond to help us. I am so grateful for his help, GOD FORBID I am ever in this situation again I will definitely be seeing Nick again.

I work at a daycare and this is my second time having lice. The first time I did at home treatment and it was super stressful, so I decided to go to a clinic this time. Nick was awesome! Made me feel super comfortable and educated me on things about lice I didn’t even know! I’ll definitely come back here if I ever get it again, fingers crossed I don’t though lol!
