Very disappointed with the initial experience and complete lack of communication. Yes, they showed up early as everyone said, showed him the area - termites - walked around house, said have to pop siding off there. This is going be expensive, so you can pay $1300 check or $1000 cash and pretty much left saying the owner would call me to schedule. Owner called, 1st thing says is when can we schedule this? I wanted to have some questions answered, like what is the exact price and what the price all covered. Will there be any surprise cost. He says what the guy told me - I stopped him and said I wasn't impressed and wanted to get clarification on price and what all is covered and guaranteed in this service and most likely will get a 2nd opinion and price estimate as I wasn't sure if that was a good price or high price, and my initial impression was not good. The owner said than we are not your guy and hung up the phone. Sorry, but as a consumer who is paying out this much money, I have questions and want to see things in writing --- I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will continue to look for another company. Estimates and guarantees have to be in writing, and maybe they do, but we never made it to that point.
