I had good service for a while, then they did an exclusion service with snap traps in the basement. I was told I could call and schedule a follow up to remove the dead mice, then after I paid for expensive exclusion service they refused to do so. By the time I found another company to remove them, flesh and fur was stuck to my floor in the spots the mice were. Should NEVER have opened the door for the service workers. In my own home I just experienced the most IGNORANT technician. Let’s start by saying the technician was going to place a glue style preventative trap INFRONT of a heating vent…. So my first reaction is to ASK questions because I have a child and dogs and normal questions to ask would be to make sure the heat isn’t going to compromise the glue or pass an chemicals into the air…. Although there product works and does keep the bugs away. The sales staff are liars this company makes you sign a year contract and makes you pay during the winter when there are no bugs, the sales rep stated if we used them 3 times we could cancel in Oct and sign back up in April with no cancelation fee. We recently called to cancel for the winters months and they hit us with a 250 cancelation fee. Do not believe the sales staff or customers service reps for this company they are liars and scam
