After the first treatment the results were apparent. General pests, spiders (including brown recluse) and ants were essentially eliminated. No new spider webs appeared in my unfinished basement. Treatments were safe for my small dog. They showed up when they said they would and charged less than the competitors. We also use them at our church with the same results. twice a year treatments with Koch will solve your pest problems.
