We weren’t home when Zach serviced our yard. I’m pretty sure he was working here last season & did a great job. Good to get things started.

I wasn’t home at the time, but could see Nolan fertilizing lawn. Nolan went above and beyond by removing leaves that were in the way of him completing the job! I spoke to him on the phone and Nolan was very nice and friendly. I highly recommend Nolan and Taylor’s Way!

Aaron did a great job explaining what was going on with our lawn. It is in pretty bad shape. We are grateful that he cared enough to take the time to go over the issues and he gave my husband some tips on what we could do to help it along with their services. This is our first time using Taylor’s Way after using other companies that did not work out. We will see how it goes.

Riley was very thorough. Asked if I had any questions. Took his time and cleaned up excess granular on hard surfaces. Was careful not to damage gate access to backyard.
Customer service managers vindictive personality ruins it for the whole Taylor’s way team. Do better.
I specifically requested to be notified prior to any lawn applications as I have dogs which we need to plan ahead for yard access. Showing up unannounced and unscheduled is unacceptable.
I assume he sprayed outside our residence. I wish someone would call ahead and let us know when he’s coming so he could spray inside too.
I wasn’t here when the service was done
Called last week, spoke to office girl, she said I would get a call back asap about having them come to give me an estimate. So far a week later and no call back. How unprofessional they can't even call back. Guess they have money falling out of their pockets that they treat customers with disregard and lack of even a courtesy of a call back. Very disrespectful to blow off new customers. Glad I found out before I hired them.

Trying to charge me for 2017 without agreement of service . Very poor customer service !!

We have contacted you in the past regarding why your service was scheduled as we notified you in 2016 and again in January of 2017 and then performed the service because you did not cancel. We have provided you this explanation as to why the service was performed.
