Received referral from my Mother-in-law Ann Londrie on exterminator company. I called Frantz company made an appointment to look into getting services for our homes & lawns. Mr. Jesse Travis came out today introduced himself & shared what Frantz company has to offer. Great customer service asked me what my needs and concerns were. Very informative, hard worker, all about family, lil yorkie & his faith. Spoke highly of his boss and company. He offered a fair deal on a plan to come out twice a year to do the works for my home & my Son’s home all under $500.

Our initial visit from Frantz & Co. was with Jesse Travis to cover pest control for our house. He was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He answered all of our questions and educated us about what to expect living in our area (near a corn field). No pressure and we chose options that best suited our needs. We are looking forward to working with Jesse at Frantz & Co. to keep our home pest free.

We have a problem with beds paid them and we still have the problem.bought a new mattress and recliner and we are still fighting them. I wouldn't give you 2 cents for their service. Sad when you can't do your job right.yet you charge for the service. I will be sure not to recommend you to anyone I come in contact with.

First I called and received a quote. The man was TJ, he quoted me one quote and then my landlord received over twice that much as a quote. when I got the bill for the landlord's quote, I called and TJ totally cussed me out and hung up the phone. The manners of this guy is so far in the backwoods, I can't even describe it. Then, after cussing me out and hanging up on me, he never came back and finished the job. I am shocked the company even allows this guy to run his stupid, ignorant mouth like he does. He comes in and brags about himself, his experience, his knowledge of the subject matter, but lack the integrity to finish up the job. I will never EVER use this company again.
