Mr. Henley is the BEST!!! He was very strategic in locating yellow jacket nests and removing them. He dusted to dissuade them from returning to those spots. I want the larva to not hatch into those nasty stinging insects!

The young man was very polite. He called to give me his ETA and then he asked for my help locating my exact mobile home. He was very respectful of the inside of my home while he was spraying the insecticide around the base boards. He was finished in no time at all.

This is my second time using Chicago Pest and they’re professional, respect of the timeframe given and thorough in their work!

I paid the company to solve the mice problem. Whatever stuff they put or setup did not catch any mice or did not kill any mice. After one month of their treatment I still see mice running around in the house and have not seen any dead mice and have not seen any mice got caught.

I was told I would receive a call back from the owners regarding a question the rep could not answer but the owner/s did not call.

Service issues can be very revealing about a company. My initial issue was meet with a Sincere want to help remedy my issue. It was backed up with service and for that, they will always get the business for all my properties.

When I called to make an appointment it went to voicemail and I thought here we go and I started looking for another company but before I could get started I got a call back and was able to get an appointment right away. That was a definite plus for me. Keith was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company for all your exterminating needs

First round went well.. good dry weather and he sprayed everywhere and moved quickly. Well mannered and kind guy. For the follow up. He was supposed to bring the long stick to reach the roof and he didn't.. then, He came an hour before it rained after specifying that it needs to be good dry weather for at least 24 hours before spraying... there's now a ton of bugs on my screen door. UPDATE: Company contacted me afterwards and sent him out again. They checked the weather 24 hours in advance this time around and he brought the long stick to knock out the wasp nests. You can tell he was a bit uninterested in being here a third time around; however, still respectful. He moved quickly. Thanks for reading my review! ShopMesmerized.com

Also beetles and centipedes. Person had to come back few times. First time wasn't keeping bugs away. Friendly people and on time. The guy helped explain about the bugs .
