I am completely baffled at the reviews. Like this company must really be paying for reviews because it’s going on 3 months and still have mice running around. Im convinced that the traps are actually feeding them instead of poisoning them… I’m losing sleep over this constantly seeing them running around and hearing them inside the baits. They have come out 3 times and the problem continues!! I wish my landlord would just hire another company!! This is ridiculous!! Don’t waste your money on them!

The building that I live in was having major pest problems. Shepp took care of everything! Building management hired Shepp for a three month treatment plan. Every month there were fewer and fewer problems. Chris and the other exterminators were polite and professional. Shepp seems to have taken care of our pests.
When I had a problem with tiny black ants along the baseboards in my house, Mike came to handle it. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his work. In fact, I was so impressed that I recommended him to my neighbor, and he was able to help them with their ant problem as well!
