Called pro turf for yard problem thinking it was mole creckets. They treated my lawn with grub control since mole crickets are in ground. Said that would work. Holes got worse. Ben and Josh come to review problem over 2 weeks ago and never got back to me. Call customer service 3 times to no avail. Finally talked to Ben who said Josh was suppose to call me. Ben said I should test for mole crickets my self. And then they may have treatment if I confirm crickets. So the $125 is spent and got grub treatment per there recommendation for mole crickets was wrong. And they do not have staff that can treat problem but can charge you for work and leave. What about your guarantee? Ben and Josh both indicated grub treatment was not correct treatment even though pro turf said it was when I hired and paid them. Once they get your money even if there error your done. Do not use them for any yard issues.

We had a very disappointing experience. We scheduled one-time pest control service and were told we would be charged after the service was completed. The company never contacted us to schedule the appointment, so we hired another provider. We later discovered we had been charged for an installment plan that we never agreed to, even though no services were ever performed. When we called, we spoke with multiple representatives who seemed confused about the account. They assured us the account was canceled and a refund would be issued, but provided no written confirmation. Hopefully the refund is processed as promised, but based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.

No Turf. Pro Theft. Charismatic salesman arrived at my home and quoted a full season of weed and feed, knowing that I was outside his service area. Smilingly charged $671 against my credit card. Ghosted me when weeks went by without any service, and eventually admitted that my property was outside the service area. I've spent the subsequent 6 weeks trying to get that involuntary zero-interest loan credited back to my Visa card. Super-friendly customer service personnel advised me yesterday that the refund had not yet been initiated, and that their "process" takes 8 weeks, because refunds are handled first-come-first-served. Which indicates that this company has an 8 week backlog of people, like me, waiting for refunds after their contracts are breached. If you are a gambling addict who desires, for his own protection, to be separated from his cash indefinitely - then I highly recommend giving PTPP a call.

How can I provide feedback when I don't know what he did. We used to receive a overview of services completed when I paid for individual services. Now that I paid in advance for the entire year, I no longer receive any information of what was completed. This week an individual sprayed around the house. I only know this because He knocked on the door and told me. Since I was gone today when Jason was here, I don't have a clue what was done. Can you change this issue so customers who paid in advance can get notified of what was complete?

Pro Turf just completed a second application to my lawn for fertilizer and weed control. My yard looks good after the first application. I’m hoping as well after the second. My only issue is when asked to do a survey I was asked to tip the service tech. He did a good job and I have no issues, but this is a professional service. I don’t tip other professional services…
