I just wanted to take a moment and give a brief review because of the exceptional service we received from Niko. We’ve used this company twice and had the pleasure of Niko coming out both times. Save your money and set your own traps. That's all they do.

All he did was come and spray all over. Ignored where I said I saw ants. Nothing to get rid of the nest. Only wet the whole house with spray. Put glue traps for ants. I'm not trying to house the ants that stupidly walk on glue but eliminate the area where they are coming from. Waste of money. Don't waste your time. I could have sprayed bug killer myself. Next day, ants laughing and walking all over the place.

I recently moved into a new home & there was evidence place had a huge spider infestation in the past (I found glue traps filled to the brim with hundreds of spiders in the basement & there were copious amounts of cobwebs throughout the house.) After hearing weird noises coming from the attic as well as seeing a roach & several wasps I decided to call an exterminator. I found it odd that they refused to check out my attic access hatch over the phone then the exterminator made up some excuse about "a ladder would interfere with the chemicals in the vehicle." Ummm...what?!? He arrived about 20 minutes late to our appointment. I noticed he showed up in an old Buick sedan, no room for a ladder at all which is the reason why they refuse to do any jobs that require one. No clue why they lied about it. I had a laundry list of items I wanted taken care of, but he insisted on just doing his basic checks & spraying the "hot spots" that roaches congregate at. He wasn't interested at all in the wasps, simply stating that they'd all be gone by winter. My concern was that with brick siding & a pretty warm walls if any insects got inside, especially wasps they could essentially live indefinitely, creating a huge nest (which the evidence of is all over Youtube.) Still, he just did basic spraying. I noted I had also seen centipedes crawling under my basement door from outside. He simply stated he sprayed heavily in that area afterwards. He also refused to go into the attic hatch even though I provided a ladder, which I wanted to spray because spiders were coming down from there. He refused because he thought the studs wouldn't support his weight (the guy was rail thin & I've had an insulation contractor go up there for a quote without issue. There was an obvious major insulation job done up there previously as well.) He also said that I'd never be able to get rid of any pests up there so to just give up on it. They also expected me to find the source of everything & report it to them so that they can exterminate which is the reason I called them in the first place. For the next week I continued to see numerous wasps every day as well as the occasional roach. In fact the day after he sprayed I came downstairs to witness about 8 wasps on the floor from the hallway to the kitchen & 2 more in the bathrooms. I noticed the wasps were appearing around the stove which coincidentally there used to be an old exhaust vent that didn't get reinstalled after the remodel. They removed the duct, but left the vent in the wall which was an old vintage one with no flap to prevent pests from getting in. I figured the wasps had built a nest in that vent & were coming through the space between the cabinets & the wall where the vent is. I called them back. They decided it would be best that I just bought some wasp spray & sprayed in the vent instead of them coming out again. Two more weeks passed & the wasps subsided (which I believe was because of my efforts,) but I still see the occasional roach even though I followed all their tips. Today I went into the basement to change the locks only to see more centipedes while at the door. This time I noticed them crawling into 1/8" gaps on both sides of the door that is between the door frame & the floor. I grabbed my Black Flag house poison & flooded the gap. Several centipedes started scampering out & died a few minutes later. It looks like there is a decent sized centipede nest in the floor/walls next to the basement door where it was supposedly "sprayed heavily." I plan to go back later after it dries & fill them with expanding foam before sealing them with caulk. All in all I called them out & whatever spray they used doesn't seem to be working. They also ignored most of the things I wanted to get checked out & didn't do what I called them out to do in the first place which was find the source of my problems then treat it. I ended up just fixing the problems I called them out for myself! $125 down the drain... 2 out of 5 stars
