HORRIBLE SERVICE! The tech shows up well before the 4 hr given window. Plus, I asked for a 30’ heads up text/call, and Gabriel texted me 8 mins before arrival. Then, his service…? NONEXISTENT!!!!!!!! And I have security video and audio to prove it. He was too busy visiting on a phone call the entire time. Then, he sat in his truck for 15 mins before pulling out.

EDIT: They still have not refunded us and have since blocked my husbands phone number. How are we supposed to "reach out" if you block our number?? They never called as they commented below, we always have had to call them. Will be disputing with our credit card company. Our contract has been over since June, we did not renew. Confirmed before the contract was over that it does not auto renew. Why have we been charged 3x since then? They keep saying they will refund us but they haven’t.

Bad experience. The sales representative lied to me and told me that the entire neighborhood was doing business with them and when I got on my neighborhood app ask about them nobody in the area knows anything about them. I gave them a chance he said I would get the Service for a certain price and when they charged me they charged more than what was talked about. When I called to get a refund they said that they will only give me a credit which to me is unacceptable.

Disappointed with our very first service. The technician, Brooke, was at our 5,300 sq ft home for only 12 minutes. She did not treat the exterior, or even enter the garage. According to the company's website, the first appointment should include a full inspection and treatment of both the interior and exterior and typically takes about an hour or more. That didn’t happen. To make matters worse, the service report listed someone else entirely as the technician. This experience left me with little confidence in the company’s professionalism or follow-through. As of 6/24/25- I have received no reply to my email or call from Fox Pest Control.

I regret to share our poor experience with Fox Pest Control. I have utilized their services for my house and rental properties since they were offered in 2020. Unfortunately, when we had pest issues, their customer service was not receptive. They often promised to come out to address our concerns but frequently did not show up on time. One significant issue arose at one of my properties, where I expressed concerns about flying ants and the potential for termite damage. After their inspection, they confirmed the presence of flying ants. However, just earlier this month, another pest control company inspected the same property and shockingly informed us that these were, in fact, termites. They took us into the crawl space and showed us the structural damage that had accumulated over the last few years. We paid for pest control services with the expectation of effective treatment and inspections, but Fox Pest Control let us down. When we decided to discontinue their services, they didn’t even attempt to make things right. If you're considering pest control options, I recommend looking elsewhere.

As part of the initial service (and going foward) our attic was never treated. Glue boards would be put in the garage, never checked or thrown away. The whole length of our services with them, the spiders and mice stayed. They rectified NOTHING. In June 2024, they stated that 'bedrooms are no longer being sprayed' and stopped. I called the Bloomington office and spoke with a manager that upheld this 'new rule'. In August 2024, they 'don't have a ladder' to remove the wasps nests. They are never prepared. We ended up removing it ourselves, even though I am highly allergic and PAID FOR THIS SERVICE. January 2025 they 'couldn't do our inside service because the sprayers are broke and have been for two months. My ring camera shows him leaving after ONLY spraying by the front door. Less than 5 minutes. I had enough and called corporate. Corporate stated that 'bedrooms are ABSOLUTELY included" and we have no knowledge of them being offline'. I was placed on hold and she came back 'offering me a coupon and free services to make up for this miscommunication'. I asked told her that I had enough of this company and could do a better job with a can of raid. She told me that the 'service manager' whom she thought was malik, would be calling me to help me cancel. This was Monday. The following day, Tuesday, I got a text from ABBY, who claimed to be a manager and stated that she'd been 'made aware of my frustrations'. Frustrations??? I followed up with a 'i want to cancel your services', no response. At 8am on Wednesday, I got a text from Jessica asking if I "really wanted to cancel and can she ask why" 🤦🏻‍♀️ I followed up with a text, a request to cancel as well as email documentation of cancelation. I then followed that with a phone call to Jessica. I had to fight off her attempts to retain our account and had to get stern about the cancelation. She did finally cancel our account and send the email. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FOX PEST CONTROL.

Last week was the second time we were scheduled for service that the technician didn’t show up. Both times i took 4 hrs off of work. One other time they showed up two hours early and expected me to leave work. The very first visit the technician was at my house for 12 minutes. They had to come back and apply again. I do like one technician who was informative and did a decent job but the rest of the company has been horrible.

After being stood up on Wednesday, I was given another date of Friday to have my interior and exterior sprayed. When he got here on Friday, he informed me he had a malfunctioning sprayer and could not do the inside of my house, but would come the next day, Saturday, to finish the job. So that was the 3rd day of this week I waited Of course he did not show. So now I have a 4th appointment scheduled for this following week on Wednesday. If he shows up I will have wasted time on 4 separate days waiting for my interior to be sprayed. This is not the first time I have been inconvenienced. I was given a refund of a month’s payment for my inconvenience. I just want a company that comes when they say, gives me notice when they will be here, and does the job I have hired them to do. This is not that company.————————- I had Jason Harlow yesterday to perform my service. Exceptional service He called me when he was an hour out. He reconfirmed 10 minutes out. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and even asked if I needed anything else. I was delighted! I will ask for him by name if I ever want indoor service. I specifically got this service because I have an ant problem. I have had the service for nearly a year now, I have had 3 total service calls. I spoke to someone early this spring about the ant problem still being a problem in fact worse than ever but apparently the response to that was to cancel my scheduled spring service due to “unforeseen circumstances” and just never reschedule. They definitely keep collecting payments but are providing no actual service. I have tried to call multiple times to speak to someone and have never been able to actually get anyone on the phone. I want my service canceled and frankly I want a refund for the service that I have paid for and not received. I’m willing to pay for the service that was rendered even if it is very questionable if they even did anything. This may just be a poorly operated business but it sure seems like it is just straight up scam.

The technician lied about performing service on my home. No one was home when he showed up at his own leisure. No one scheduled a time, we were only informed by email that is not checked everyday that someone would come on Wednesday. He showed up at 11:06, rang the doorbell and no one answered (evidence on Ring camera). He did spray the outside, but didn’t call or email to ask to reschedule. The. I received a confirmation that my service was complete. Not acceptable as a business practice. I’m going back to my previous provider who was much more honest and accommodating to OUR schedule.
