BAD EXPERIENCE!! Spoke to a person named Kirk and told him I needed a one time spray for sugar ants in my kitchen and after speaking with him on the phone he became very pushy about having a one time spray insisting that we sign a contract for the one time $220.00 spray AND agree to a monthly “subscription” at $150.00 per month for a service we did not want! He emailed me a contract to sign which stated the $220.00 fee AND $150.00 monthly and wanted my credit card info. I refused to give my credit card number. About an hour later I received a text from Kirk stating that in order for us to be able to even SCHEDULE an appt we needed to provide our payment info. I asked him to revise the contract to a 1 time spray and remove the part about the monthly service and then I would be happy to put my credit card number on file….he never responded, I texted him again stating that I only wanted the one time application and to please let me know either way so I could call another company….still no response…finally I just told him I refused to pay all that money in advanced for a service that I didn’t even have yet!! He still didn’t respond! I went with a different company!
