Excellent service! We had a small problem with mice in our home - yuck! We contacted Ready Pest Control and they sent a technician right away. He thoroughly checked for mouse droppings, explained the process and set up appropriate traps. Our mouse problem was resolved within days! I would highly recommend this service.

I am very satisfied and grateful for their services! Not only are their staff friendly and professional they stand by their word. Jared is amazing, punctual and respectful. I also spoke with Lincoln who was very kind and thorough answering all my questions.

We have Ready Pest Control for almost 20 years. Reliable and professional. Whenever we need additional treatment, they would come out quickly. Several times I had other companies coming to solicit business, I always turn down the offer.

Initially called for hornets nest to be removed and then signed up for their household plan for insects/rodents prevention. Jared, my technician, calls/texts ahead of each visit and always shows up. Well worth the cost.

Grant is a great guy and extremely knowledgeable. Great company and highly recommended! My cats are not happy but I am!!!

When I first used Ready Pest I gave them a good review. They very expensive for what they do. Brandon was my guy and he was very professional. However the people who answered the phone when I had ro reschedule appt., due to medical issues were just plain rude. I called several times with questions and got the same rude lady. They turned my glowing review into a bad one. It turns out it's all about the money. If I cancelled an appointment the lady on the phone was very aggressive in her tone. She told me " they would come and pick up all the traps set for mice" ( which I previously paid for) and I'd have to pay for more when I rescheduled. I have since gone with someone else who knows how to treat their customers. Too bad one lady turned the whole experience bad for me. I would encourage you to select another business. It is all about the money 💰 for them.

Would not use these people. If the people in your home work a job and are gone for any part of the day these people are a waste of time. They show up with no notice and when you're not able to open the door they say they provided a full service and charge you for a full service. Then when you go to cancel for this fake service they use scare tactics to try and say that if you cancel service your home will be overwhelmed with pests. Their treatments didn't even solve our simple mouse problem. Oh and then there's a cancellation fee. Save yourself the trouble and use a service that is competent enough to schedule visits to your home, there are plenty of others to choose from.

I had good service up until I was charged for a service that I had asked to hold off on. The technician called me a day prior to service to which I asked him to postpone and the following week I had a service charge. I called to complain and the office proceeded to tell me that the service technician stated he left me a voicemail. Then they proceeded to tell me that it was a he said/she said and they couldn’t do anything for me but credit the next service. Is this proper protocol for business? - No voice message left, I spoke with the technician as stated on the review. - This only reason I canceled service was because when I found out about the transaction after looking at my bank account I called the technician and asked about it and reminded him that I had not approved of the services, to which I had also canceled my previous appointment as well because of financial reasons, he then said that he serviced over 700 homes and was not able to recall the conversation. I remember though because I was at work and could not tend to the conversation and told him that I would call back.

First time they called ahead and got me set up with service for every three months. They called ahead one time and after that no one ever called to let me know they were coming and just kept sending bills without us knowing if we even got serviced. My dad had surgery and was home for 2 months and didnt see pest control once and we still got charged.

NEVER returned voicemail or emails. If you are closed on the weekend or on vacation, make sure you let potential customers know! Not professional or responsive

I hired Ready Pest due to all of the positive ratings here. However, the products they used damaged my flooring. I have white stains all over my hardwood floors now. There is nothing special or different about my floors, so I have no idea what they did. I really don't recommend this company.

The entirety of this review is my own personal opinion based off of my own personal experience: 0/10 - they don’t go up in the attic. They don’t evaluate or inspect the entire home. What’s more, not pet friendly chemicals indoors, and, in my opinion based off of my own personal experience, negligent placement of deadly chemicals in known reachable exterior areas to pets. Almost killed my sweet Great Pyrenees rescuer over a dumb error with rat poison and no number to call had I not deep dived and found the owners name and number online. If you have pets, my personal opinion is to AVOID - based off of my own experience, my opinion is their SOPs do not account for your pets safety and well-being.
