Genuinely I’m so surprised I’m writing this when the person came to my house for pest inspection, his name is MARQUIS D and he was nice but he signed me up for 2 subscription when I told him TWICE I want to go with my husbands decision on doing the quarterly instead of the monthly. He told me to sign my initials and signature that that is what I was signing for DEFINITELY. I asked TWICE. I also asked twice if I can just get the wildlife for $109 once and not a month subscription. His manager Robbert Miller agreed too. Guess what, invoice and charges kept coming in and talked to customer service 4 times wasted hours and for them to not figure anything out.

The name of the rep who knocked on my door, did nothing then left and wrote a bogus report saying the job was complete is Kendrae Johnson. I checked the exterior of my home and nothing was done! The owner of the company called me and said since the job was done which it wasn’t, I no longer can cancel. What a scam for the $1000 exclusion service. NOTHIN WAS DONE AND THEY ARE MAKING ME PAY. Homeowners beware!

I’m highly disappointed at Eco shield. I signed up for the initial service which was fine then they came out and upsold my wife a couple additional services that we didn’t even need. She told them we wanted a one time wildlife service and they signed us up for wildlife and exclusion service. The presentation was so confusion that they signed us up for something that we didn’t even want. When the rep came out for the exclusion service which we didn’t want, he knocked on my door and left after 5 mins. I wanted him to explain to me what exactly the exclusion service was that he was performing before moving forward. Being that he left right away I assumed no service was done. I called their headquarters and let them know that I no longer wanted the service on the day of the service and requested to cancel. One hour later , the rep that was at my door wrote a BS report saying that the service was complete and that he would follow up with me next week and charged us $1000 for doing nothing!! Extremely unprofessional and it is unbelievable how poor their customer service is. They literally forced me to get the service that we didn’t want. I feel scammed!

First time ever 1 star-ing a company - costs do not reflect the value of the work being performed - their services are a lie when they state they’ll come back on request - do not use them. You’re better off ordering a product from Amazon or Home Depot and doing it yourself.

Eddie took the time to explain the specific treatments for the different areas of concern. I found out about Ecoshield Lisle from Naomi. Highly recommend their services.
