Green Rodent Restoration

I hate leaving 1-star reviews because I try to give every company the benefit of the doubt, but the communication after this project has been incredibly disappointing. Green Rodent Restoration was the company that actually performed my attic insulation removal and replacement after rodent activity was found during a home inspection. The crew worked hard and was respectful, but none of the four technicians spoke English, so all communication had to happen through a phone translator. That's not necessarily a problem if the company follows up afterward—but that never happened. After spending more than $5,000, I still don't know: - What they actually found while removing the insulation (besides 'lots of turds'). - Whether the evidence suggested an active mouse problem or old activity. - Whether any rodent entry points were identified or sealed. Rick and Josh were responsive before and during the project, but once the work was complete, communication essentially stopped. I've sent multiple emails over the past couple of weeks asking for a post-project report or even basic answers to these questions, and they've gone unanswered. The quality of the insulation work may very well be fine—I honestly don't know. That's the problem. As a homeowner, I expected a clear summary of the findings and the work performed, especially for a project of this size. Instead, once the job was finished, it felt like the subcontract was complete and there was no interest in following up. Better communication and a simple post-project report would have made a huge difference.

Remediation of my crawlspace. The team was excellent and cleaned out, sanitized, and closed up entry points. The owner helped me out immensely by prioritizing my job. I am grateful. The team charged through the work yet was careful and meticulous. I hate to hurt rodents - they are our cousin mammals but these mice are creating a dangerous situation by eating thru electric lines and insulation. This had to be done! Thank you Rick and team!!!!

Responsive, professional, and much more reasonable than other companies - Rick and Josh are great

I first Used green rodent in December 2024. They did a very thorough job of cleaning up my basement area crawlspace and closing up areas where mice have gotten in. unfortunately one year later the mice came back. They have a two-year warranty and josh came out and found some areas where the mice might be coming in. Four months after that, I found traces of mice again it was by my sump pump that I noticed the droppings josh came back and did a thorough search in areas that they might have missed he found a place where The mice most likely were coming in and clogged up the hole. Hopefully this will take care of the problem. Apparently I have a lot of pipes with areas that can’t be reached. Josh was very nice and thorough and came on time. Green rodent has a two-year warranty and they do come back if you find the mice have come back too. I recommend this company.

I can't say enough good things about the way this company conducts their business. Timely, polite, clean, answered all questions, good pricing and thorough. Josh was the crew leader for my home. Very happy with their work and communication.

Rick was informative providing his assessment of the work that would need to be done. The project manager Josh was communicative and followed up to schedule checks on the work. The crew was fantastic and worked tirelessly in hot conditions. I would recommend their services!

Their quote was half of the competitor’s and they were extremely friendly, informative, respectful, thorough, and efficient. Zach and Rick were great to work with, and just plain nice people, which is hard to find sometimes these days. Definitely will tell my friends about this great company!!

Showed up on time and worked until completed in the same day. Very professional and also kept me abreast of what was going on. They removed dead squirrels from my garage crawl space removed contaminated insulation and decontaminated crawl space. If you are in need of these services you need to contact them.
