I had Orkin come out due to an ant infestation in my crawl space. They explained what they were, what should be done and cost. I had moisture barrier laid throughout my crawl space. No one from Orkin came to make sure THEIR employees did the job correctly. I was told it would take them 6 - 7 hours, they were done in less than 3. Horrible , certain technician is lousy causing more problems not worth the money and stress “they” caused. Definitely make sure you put cameras in your house cause when you’re not there to watch them they don’t work, especially if you get technician mat absolutely horrible. Orkin came out for a treatment fairly quickly, but the assessor and the guy doing the treatment told us different things about how we needed to have the house ready, so we were scrambling at the very last second to fix some stuff when they came to treat.
