We’ve been a customer for several years. The price is very reasonable and they offer every service you could need. Their team is very knowledgeable and will explain each treatment so you can be certain the job is done right.

They communicate very well. We always know when they're going to be here. Our lawn was in pretty bad shape and we've only been using them for the summer and it's already starting to look much better. We're going to continue with Dr Green and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Very responsive to my concerns about spot-treating pop-up weeds

Not satisfied. Paid for whole year service .No results see pictures.Photos taken over a week after weed treatment.Tech agreed when he saw the problem area claimed he will request additional treatment next week that did not happened neither. Contacted them several times about the issue requesting call back no response no call back.All they did is stalled until next lawn treatment that did not fixed issue.Seems like they might just sprinkle water over your lawn and charge money for it.

My elderly mother signed up for lawn care service with Dr. Green in Keller. During the enrollment call, she was offered a “FREE” grub treatment. She was never told that this treatment would result in a $200 charge if she later canceled service. After cancellation, the company added the $200 charge and stated the condition was disclosed only in a confirmation email sent after the agreement was made. When I spoke with management, I was told cancellation-related charges are not explained during enrollment. We paid for all services my mother requested, but we dispute this charge because she did not knowingly agree to pay for a service presented as free. We hope Dr. Green will reconsider and remove this charge.

I love Dr. Green services. My grass had a lot of weeds and was not growing properly but after working with Shana to sign up for the service and also sign up for the bug service, I’ve seen massive improvements. Shana was very professional and explained all I needed to know. Thank you Dr Green and thank you Shana!

The service isn't nearly as good as others. If you call for customer service, they just say our system won't let us do that. DO NOT USE DR. GREEN Services.

Can’t say enough great things about Dr Green my yard looks awesome !! Weeds are gone even the patches of creeping Charlie !!! I also appreciate the follow ups I get from the salesman Zach V making sure there product is working and we are happy customers .

Dr. Green provides us great service on a schedule and if we see the need for extra help, they will accommodate.
